If you're a business owner, you need to introduce yourself to Mariah Medina. Over the years, I've worked with several Small Business Advisors, but she's easily been the best so far. My company is transitioning from a partnership to a corporation and she's been patiently navigating me through all the necessary changes. I was having trouble activating my new card, so I stopped by the branch, rather than give me an 800 number to call, she got on the phone with support and got it all sorted out and I was on my way in no time. It was like visiting with an old friend. She's that perfect mix of friendly and professional. The candy dish on her desk mad me sad, unforgivable candy selection, really needs some Werthers up in there. It's a grandmother's candy dish. All jokes aside though, she's great and I'm glad our paths have crossed. I can already tell she'll be a real asset. 5 stars all day.

I went to this local branch to deposit a business check. The teller started telling me I had all these returned checks from clients and wanted to put a 2 day hold on a check from one of my repected clients. I explained to her that I only had one from a client who didn't have sufficient funds. I've only had this happen a handful of times in 23 years. I will NEVER go to this branch again!

1st time I see a bank provide free drinking water bottle and lollipops. I didn't come here for free stuff, I've been here a few time and always great service!

We are very happy with this office of the Credit Union Bank. Very friendly and professional. Mary Vachon helped us to get the loan we needed. Her team of professionals took care of all the details, guided us through all the paperwork and all the process was easy to follow. We are super happy and would recommend Mary, especially, if your situation is not typical and you need big loan. Mary has different solutions for different circumstances.

I really appreciate how friendly and efficient everyone is. The bank on Superio is never crowded and they speak English.The branch in fv, they are all rude and slow, adams branch they are slow and horrible customer service.

Love these guys. I've been in business with this branch for 3+ years and they're always friendly to me, prompt and helpful every time I go in. There used to be this one cat named John who worked there; real stand up guy who rocked a fresh sweater vest on the daily. Nothin but love and respect for my man. Too bad he got kidnapped by another branch. I guess that's life. Anyway, the current crew is still pretty solid: Danial, Janely, Patty & Yun. Keep up the good work.

Oh my what a horrible experience at Union Bank. I was called by a Union Bank representative who apologized to me for an event at another branch and said please open your account with us. I went to the superior branch by an appointment arranged. I opened a business account and as always said exactly what my business does. I was assured my account would never be frozen. It's my money and the trust level was assured. Well that was a misconception. My account was frozen and I got the third degree on security again. It appears all banks are using security as a control over money. I am not stupid. I don't send money to random solicitors over the internet or in person. I am a well trusted business owner with a license. I wrote a letter to corporate and the OCC. Oh the office of the president called with a sorry etc but the account remained frozen for a long time in their investigative process. No care to if I needed my money for any reason. My money was their money to hold as long as they pleased. After my finance manager said file a lawsuit, he had enough of these banks freezing investor money I received my check. The worse part is a wire was returned as if I had no right to the wire. We got to talk to the sender of that wire and he said Union bank scared him. I work global and most bankers do not know global laws so their formed procedure again goes into effect regardless of their wrongful measure. I was fortunate in this instance I didn't suffer financial loss because I had money elsewhere, but there was never one bit of consideration for me. Actually the banker who opened my account told me it was in legal. I said well guess what if anyone is legal it is me so just wait a bit. Someone needs to do something about these bank procedures in the name of security. It is very offensive and alarming the bank can do this. The federal government needs to fine all of these banks for their contract intentions they will do whatever they please with a client's account.

i cant take it anymore with this bank. they are clueless to customers needs. they mistreat their customers or they dont know what they are doing.rude mean employees. or lack of knowledge. a bad combo. they are cold. made so many mistakes during my time with the bank. would not listen or try to improve their services. seems as though its all about them. they will tell you something to placate you only. no changes will be made to better their services. they dont value their customers at the branches. mixed up company. bad leadership. someone needs to buy them out and make a much better company. closed my accounts. i feel relief from the mistreatment over time. i say run and dont look back.

Don't waste your time with them. I have worked with Hugo Diaz. He is number one in wasting time and keep on delaying your application. Don't trust what he say. He will misguiding you and will never close on your application. Their appraisal is also not correct they say they use third party service but appraisal are biased and don't do correct appraisal of property. Buyers keep loosing money. Even you have good credit and handsome income and good debt to income ratio. If you go with them you will appear on loosing side. My time was lost and also appraisal fees. People who know how to get things done. Will let you know after credit approval whether they can close or not and what options we have. This guy keep delaying and misguiding. Beware of Hugo Diaz and Union Bank. Don't trust blindly and value your hard earned money.Dont give them a dime until they guarantee closure on your terms. Also no point in paying for appraisal fees since you cannot trust these guys !! Beware !! Every step is important !! Have a attorney ready before even you start with these guys !! And cross check each step

I gave this place only three stars because in the past the customer service was not really good at all and to top things off I personally feel that the lack of management has contributed to what I call elderly abuse. My elderly Mother pays on average $400.00 a month in over draft protection, we are talking for years and because she is old and didn't understand the statements that she was receiving. I went in and talked with the manager and they actually refunded us some of the fees and fixed up her checking account and made things rite.

Not surprised that they only have 1 star. I left this bank several years ago because their customer service was horrible. I needed to go back because a client of mine banks here. Still the SAME horrible service. I have been with chase now for the last 5 years and my turning back. If you can avoid this place do it all all costs!
