The mail room has been a lifesaver for me. Excellent service. Great attention to detail. Never have had to wait in line. Very efficient. And everyone there is very personable. If you need a PO Box or notary or anything related to mailing a document go here. You will be happy you did.

I had a wonderful experience on July 15, 2024! It was a Monday and I came here after passing a 2.5 hour exam to get my fingerprinting completed. I was tired, mentally drained, and just wanted to go home. I called The Mail Room at 3:20 pm to confirm that their fingerprinting was available and if I could get it done today. I spoke with Ana (I think, could be mistaken) and she informed me that yes, it is up and running and they would be able to complete it today. I was stuck in traffic, so I asked Ana if I could schedule and appointment at 4:30, Ana confirmed that and informed me that Sue (I apologize if the names are wrong, it’s been a week since my visit) would be completing my fingerprinting. I arrived to The Mail Room around 4:15 and was greeted warmly. I informed Anna that I had called about the fingerprinting approximately an hour ago and Ana immediately recollected and handed me a pen to filled out my paperwork. I filled it out and Pam took it to input the data while I browsed their cute and random selection of items! They had a cocktail shaker that was on clearance that came with paper umbrellas for $10! Talk about a bargain! Pam then helped me out with my fingerprinting and we were chitchatting and just having a merry time. When I was filling out my application, I had asked if I could put down my current weight instead of the one on my driver’s license (it’s a 70 pound difference) and Pam complimented me on that change and said “I must have worked hard for that, go ahead and put that!” Pam put a smile on my face and was so pleasant the entire time. I’m truly grateful for my experience with Ana and Pam and will keep them in mind should I need anything along these lines done again. I fully recommend visiting for any of the services that they provide!

I came here to get my fingerprints done 10 minutes before closing for work. Sue was kind enough to get the job done. She was enthusiastic and extremely professional. They also have a multitude of other services like shipping and packing. Not to mention the small trinkets and gift cards on display! Amazing place! This business (especially Sue) is quick, efficient, and kind.

I came here to get my livescan done and it was so easy! I love the ease of the small business atmosphere as opposed to a bigger place. I didn’t have to wait at all, Sue was so kind and made it easy. You are treated like family at the Mail Room!
