Really rude attitude from this pharmacy. Not sure if that was the staff or the pharmacist but the voice sounded bossy and forceful to get your information. I even felt like talking to a fraudster over the phone.

Went in to get Theraflu and the two clerks were very rude. No welcome greeting, no help from them, and even though there were no other customers I waited 5 minutes by the register to pay. No conversation was made and no comment saying have a great rest of your day.

Had a mishap with shipping a medication for my girlfriend. It wasn't their fault but they transferred the prescription to a CVS near me in LA. Also they called to make sure it gets covered by her insurance. Even got a coupon for us and for that I'm grateful. 5 stars. :)

Best pharmacy I've ever been to. I'm in and out quickly within 5-minutes. If they don't have a medication in stock, they usually will order for the next day. Customer service is much better than I received either at CVS or Walgreens.

I went here to fill my moms prescription after she just had surgery on her hand. the rude a** lady who helped me looked straight out of a 90s music video was EXTREMELY RUDE and was talking to me like I was stupid, and refused to fill the prescription because it was for my mom and didn't believe me that it was for her even though I was . I get that y'all have rules but there is no reason to treat your customers like s*** never coming here again. Terrible experience.

Horrible experience at this place. The lady working there (tall brunette) was extremely rude and unpleasant from the minute I walked in. When I have her my prescription, she questioned what I was doing in Newport, where I work, what kind of work it is and what Company. Then when she looked at my script, she questioned my medication and made me feel like I was doing something wrong almost like a criminal. It was pretty apparent that she didn't want to fill my prescription and that she didn't want new business. Very surprising at how rude she was. She definitely needs some training in customer service. I ended up leaving and taking my business elsewhere. DO NOT GO HERE if you like being treated with respect.

I am extremely taken aback by the 1 stars. This pharmacy has become my favorite. In and out quickly. Great customer service even when they are busy. I go there because I need a medication from a specific manufacturer and Rite Aid and CVS will not do special orders. They know us now and we do not have any problems. I get a text when my medication is ready, or they will call me if there is any issue. They are great!
