My new car purchase at Porsche Newport Beach was executed in record time. I got the car that I wanted at a fair price. Thank you, Giovanni, for facilitating the the sale. Your management of the process was impeccable.

Rick West got my Cayenne in and out quickly regardless of his busy schedule. We will definitely be back to Porsche Newport Beach. It was the perfect Porsche experience. Definitely buying our next car from them. I would highly recommend them as a business and a great team.

Literally almost killed my $130,000 911. Left it outside for 4 days. Horrible. No wonder local Porsche Club has a sponsor at a dealer in Long Beach. Autonation now. Avoid!!!

I was there looking for a new SUV with my GF. We asked the receptions for a sales rep to assist us. We asked if we could walk around while we wait for a rep. We waited for over an hour and I saw at least 4 reps just standing around. Just stay away from here unless your are white. Seriously... I don't usually say that. But it's true.

I like the parts dept here. I had a battery fail after less than 21 months. Porsche 993 regularly driven and kept on a high quality battery maintenance when not in use. I consider myself above average in vehicle and battery maintenance. Most of my batteries last 5 - 7 years with no issues. So, I was shocked when I had a failure. But I tested it, and also had it professionally tested. Brought it in, and I was given a new one. Britney/Brittany was a great help with the process. Mark McNealy was also helpful during the battery selection process when I initially bought the first battery back in April 2019 for this vehicle. (I have bought other batteries and parts here before, and never had an issue).

Liars! Avoid this dealership at all costs. Their bait and switch tactics and lack of ethics is not only deplorable but it is completely illegal. New Years Eve I answered an add for a 911 at $17.5k . I called in and spoke to a salesperson who said that there was a lot of "activity" on this vehicle and that it would be sold to the first person who showed up on the lot with the cash. I let them know that I was on my way and showed up less than an hour later (it took me that long to get there from Pasadena). I showed up only to be told that the manager's "friend" wanted the vehicle but that it was mine if I wanted it. In the literal 3 minutes it took me to decide (this particular vehicle has a known issue with a bearing) I was told that the manager's friend, who was not there, wanted it and that it was no longer available even though I was there in person, with the cash to purchase. I went home and immediately emailed the manager to complain about my terrible experience. I received no response for close to 2 weeks. 3 days ago I get a call from the dealership stating that the manager's friend no longer wanted the vehicle and that it was mine if I was still interested. I let them know that I was indeed interested but that I would not be able to make it out there for a few hours. I asked them to send me a contract and that I would send them a transfer immediately. I asked them if they would be honoring the originally listed price (I have a screenshot of the posting on car gurus, which they use very often to advertise) to which they said that they would. Moments later they send me a contract for over $4,000.00 more than the originally posted, and agreed upon, price. I immediately call back to tell them that the price on the contract was not the original agreed upon price. He asks if I had printed the original ad (who prints anything anymore?) and I told him that I had a screenshot somewhere on my phone but that they should be able to look up THEIR OWN POSTING as proof. They located the original posting for $17.5k but then claim that it was a "3rd party mistake" and that the price is now almost $22k. California Deceptive Trade Practices Law specifically prohibits dealerships from this kind of bait and switch practices and I am in my legal right to file suit. Porsche Newport Beach and Autonation should stand behind their advertised price and stop with the bait and switch. This isn't a mom and pop used car dealership, they know exactly what they are doing and I wouldn't be surprised in the least if this is something they do on a regular basis. Based on the reviews posted here, it appears that I'm not the only person they've tried to steal from. I will be reaching out to Autonation, CarGurus, and my attorney to discuss further recourse.

You brace yourself going into a car dealer. Prepare mentally for the oncoming "pushy salesmen." And then... they don't come. Instead, you get friendly people who don't try to "push" anything on you. They're helpful. They listen. They're accommodating. They got the job done and that's all I asked for.

Great service as always! We love this dealership and have been getting our cars and servicing them there for 10 years!

what complete jerks at porsche NB. i would avoid at all costs. i had the displeasure of buying a car here and i would NEVER go back. the desk manager there is the rudest and most arrogant dealer person i've ever dealt with in 25+ years of buying dozens of cars. he will make what should be a super cool moment- buying a dreamy ride- a nightmare. head to circle porsche or mckenna porsche instead. oddly enough, i went AFTER i purchased here and both dealers were amazingly friendly, helpful, upfront, and honest. i regret not buying something at either of those two dealerships. next time i'll check the yelp reviews before heading over.

Very bad experience... if you have other Porsche places to take your car. Please I urge you to go there. With all the reviews is why I brought my car to them. Something must have changed or maybe it was my service advisor. But I can tell you it wasn’t anywhere close to the experience it should have been. So disappointed.

Last month I purchased a 2005 SL55 from Porsche Newport Beach. The sale provided by Marton Lukacsy. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the sale and completely devastated that they would sell me a car that is not in a safe drivable condition. At the time of sale, the dealership has only disclosed that the car was only involved in one accident and that the Carfax report showed a complete list of details of the cars history. Leaving the lot, they ensured me that the car was free from leaks, damages and any mechanical errors. Leaving the lot that day with the car I felt confident that I had made a good purchase. A few days later, I curiously took the car to Fletcher Jones Motor Cars to get the car inspected. They noted to me that the Panic alarm button was no longer working and needed replacement. They told me that the ABC strut for the right passenger side was not in working condition and was leaking fluid. This is a major component of this car and it needs immediate attention. In addition, They also stated that there was a chronic oil leak coming from the bottom of the car. The only reason no one would see it is because the oil is leaking on the lower body shields protecting the transmission. This is another issues they never addressed with me. A week after that, I was involved in a minor accident, which involved the front bumper and grills. The Caliber Collision repair shop endorsed to me that the whole ride side of the car was involved in an accident and was not repaired correctly. My minor damages were not covered in my claim due to the fact that the previous damages would cost more to repair. Caliber Collision also noted how the car was cleaned up inexpensively just to have a short sale on the car. I am sad to say that Porsche Newport Beach did not disclose any of this information to me and that they tried to sell me a lemon of a car. I have tried multiple times to reach out to their sales department, General manager, and my previous sales advisor. They all have not called me back or responded to my messages. So discouraging and disappointed in the service that I have received. I would have expected to buy a car in this condition from a mom & pop shop, but never from a reputable dealership like this one. I hope they can reach out to me and fix the issues presented.

We had a great buying experience at Porsche Newport Beach. Jorge assisted us with the sale, Cayenne features, and test drive. Baltazar assisted us with financing. Javier went over the features with us once again before departing the dealership. Highly recommended if you are in the market for a Porsche!

I wanted to take a min to acknowledge Martin lukacsy and share my good experience I had with him during my visit/transaction at Porsche Newport Beach. If you're looking for someone that is knowledgeable, honest and over all a good person, this is your guy. GO ASK FOR MARTIN! Trust me! Thanks for your help Martin!

My husband set up an appointment to resolve stuttering that increased from noticeable to annoying over our vacation op the coast. A quick internet search says it's a common flaw in the transfer case. Our car was still under full warranty and we found that part is extended several more years under warranty due to its high failure rate. He had an appointment from the website for a loaner car on Saturday. Evan in service told him to come in Tuesday morning and he would provide a loaner car. Evan called Tuesday morning to say no loaner cars were available but he would provide an Lyft. As my husband was being taken away in the Lyft Evan called to say the transfer case was not in stock but would be in later that day. Then it did not show up but would be on the morning delivery. That did not show up either. He SAID he checked everywhere in the US and it would have to come from Germany taking possibly months. The car warranty would expire in a month. If anything else had failed we were concerned there would be a fight to get it covered. In frustration we called the Irvine dealership and was told they have two transfer cases in inventory and could fix it next Tues. We went to pick up our car since Evan had ordered a transfer case from Germany and we had nothing to drive until then. We told him he simply had to go down the freeway a few miles to find one and we had an appointment for next Tuesday. We asked for some kind of compensation for our time being wasted, being without a car for a few days and the misinformation that we may have to drive with an annoying and maybe dangerous transfer case for a month or more. At least a free oil change for this craziness. He said no his boss wouldn't approve it. He left us alone for some time and said no compensation but maybe, maybe he could get the parts transferred from Irvine. At that point Evan's word was hard to trust as he lead us to believe "the part wasn't a able anywhere for months". Needless to say they lost a 10 year repeat Porsche customer as they don't seem to respect their customers time or wellbeing.
