Amber Lopez is amazing walked in to B of A to open an account without an appointment for my daughter. Amber was able to accommodate us and helped us to open an account. Amber explained everything in detail, she's very professional and very helpful.

Amber, Nathan and every staffs are very nice and helpful. I am impressed. I was able to get the appointment the next day.They are very knowledgeable. Easy parking. Beautiful and clean facility. Highly recommended.

This is a total failure of a branch. First off, they're never open based on the days and times on the door. Secondly, now that they're open you always get bad service, slow service. Today. I wanted to deposit checks into the ATM but it rejected them for some reason saying there was an error. I went back later. Same error. My checks were in proper shape.So now I had to go to the teller and waste my time and her time to deposit checks that I should have been able to do in the ATM. Oh and by the way when I told her the ATM wasn't working they had no idea,... Great job Bank of America! Shouldn't you have a system in place in the ATM that says hey, this isn't working and you should send a technician to fix it.? No, that would be too common sense for these fools.

Terrible. I came her to do a wire and it took well over an hour to have someone assist. Also they have an employee there who literally does nothing other than ask people what they need and tell them someone will be with them shortly. Instead of having one useless employee put them to work actually helping customers. I might keep a little money in here for ATM accessibility but I'm going to find another bank with more than 2 stars to do most of my business with.

Likes:+ Though the staff couldn't help me, the gentleman who greeted me was very nice about it.+ Unlike the BoA branch by Michelson Dr, this one does not have paid or unnecessarily complicated parking.Non-likes:- The staff (supervisor) didn't want to help me withdraw the cash from my debit card.

They took down my previous review, I will be posting this again and again and again and again. WORST BANK EVER!!!!! I would give this branch a zero if I could. Believe all the other negative reviews. They can not get a simple task done. Went to another Bank of America branch (Alton location ) and got it taken care of with no problem right away. THE MANAGER HERE IS BEYOND INCOMPETENT!!!!! Is this how you treat your preferred customer?! Shame on you! I will be calling corporate to complain about him!

The worst bank I've ever had they close my account without any communication not even an email and I had to find out myself after we trying to reach them on the phone I couldn't through Thursday to Sunday I was calling every day I cannot talk to anyone on the phone because they were close that's what they were telling me so finally Monday came so I had no money through Thursday till Monday no money 'cause all my money was in any account that I have with them and they just close it for some reason my car with a coin couldn't go to ATM because my card were not working anyway the least a bank could do is let u know ur account is about to be close so u will either take ur money out or transfer ur money not just close ur account and for a week not telling u or email or a phone call nothing trust me guys try chase bank and u will see the difference

Terrible branch and even worse employees. I walked in and there was no one in line, not one person waiting in the lobby. Two RM's were sitting at their desk doing nothing. I used to be a manager for BofA and was appalled at the manner in which these employees were behaving. After 20 minutes of waiting in the lobby, one RM gets up and asks if I need help, I was there to open a business account, a sole prop. He says he cannot help me and I would have to come back next week to be seen by the sbc but I know that anyone can open that kind of account. They are trained to open that kind of account, I was a manager at bofa less than a month ago. Terrible service, management is not doing their job right at this location.
