Horrible purchased 15k from this store and I had a belt they gave me the wrong size I did take too long to exchange, but they still had the belt in stock and would not exchange it for me. Don't buy there go to another place

Great location and best SAs over here! So helpful and friendly. It's also not super crowded or crazy so it's convenient even if there's a line.

I purchased a cute bag there today at Louis Vuitton. I was very saddened discerned at this security guard they kept staring at me the entire time. It made my purchasing experience very sad. It felt like he was going to like rat me out for stealing a bag. On top of it, I wanted a bag as a mom as a woman that I could carry lots of stuff in and the lady behind the desk seem to just push me towards stuff that I didn't even want. I didn't like this location because it seem like there is more available online but Louis Vuitton makes purchasing stuff online very very difficult. I think they need to ease up on their only purchasing and ease up on the dumb security guards there. I told the lady that was helping me out that the guy was creeping on me and kept staring at me the whole time. She didn't even seem to care. Although I purchased a handful of stuff today I did not like the experience. I had to wait in a very long line to get in there. It took me like 30 minutes and I decided to walk away from the line to do something else and then come back. I'd likely Vuitton I trust their durability and longevity of their purses and handbags. I do not like the experience that they are creating.

Shout out to Natalya for helping me out. She was so sweet and helpful. This was my first time shopping at this LV store and my experience was great despite the short wait due to COVID. Upon entering you are asked to sanitize your hands at the station they provide. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, the Mini Pochette Accessoires and the regular Pochette Accessoires. They only had the mini and it was the last one so I snatched it without hesitation! Natalya was kind enough to find out that the Costa Mesa store had the regular Pochette in stock! So hubby & I wrapped up our visit & headed to South Coast Plaza. If you're headed to Fashion Island LV ask for Natalya!

Welp... it was hubby's bday and he likes nice things. So even though I hate shopping I had to. And everyone made the experience quick, and painless. They were so sweet to my daughter and made great recommendations. He loved the belt and can't wait to wear it. We will be back soon

Very Nice Location. It's located close to our home. We have Purchased Several Bags, Backpacks & accessories over a Long Period of time here. It's best to park next to Bloomingdales between neiman marcus. Located on first floor. The only allow 2 people per employee so there might be a line. They provide hand sanitizer. Good service . One of the best Louis Vuitton Stores in southern California. Enjoy!

I was in & out in less than 20mins. I knew exactly what I wanted & the associate was very kind & courteous. He started helping me as soon as I got in line & was able to quickly ring me up. A very pleasant experience.

This is my favorite LV store of all-time. Although this location (inside Neiman Marcus at Fashion Island in Newport Beach) may not have all the latest styles like the LV shops at South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa, in Beverly Hills on Rodeo Drive or in Las Vegas, the customer service here is always on point. Just realized I need to add the Paris LV flagship location to my bookmark list :) Louis Vuitton is perhaps considered one of the most legendary luxury travel brands in the history of travel. Because I travel quite a bit for work and I love to travel, owning an LV had always been on my wishlist for years. I didn't grow up rich - in fact, my parents were immigrants who simply instilled a hard work ethic in me at a very young age. No inheritance. No assistance. No sugar daddy. No handouts. No favors. Straight hustle. Straight dedication. Straight focus. Straight ambition. Straight f'n hard work. I'd always wanted to invest in a piece(s) from LV - but I always told myself that I wanted to work for it; I wanted to "earn it" myself because it would make me appreciate it more. I've purchased a few pieces and couldn't be more pleased with them. Don't get me wrong or anything, I'll happily and gladly accept LV pieces as gifts - birthday, Christmas, or "just because" *wink* ;) I called LV to make an appointment at this location and was informed that appointments can only be made online. They were booked solid for the next two weeks but the lady on the phone suggested that I go straight to the store as a "walk-in" customer. She was polite, helpful and professional. So I stopped by this location today, January 20, 2021 mid-afternoon. There was no one in line. However, I did have to wait about 5 minutes because the store had reached capacity. The host was professional, conversational and friendly. I let him know I was there to drop off a repair order on my LV travel luggage. He looked at my bag, smiled and was like, "wow, you must travel a lot." Haha, I wonder if he was trying to imply I treat my LV like sh!t. LOL. I just replied and smiled back, "I'm just well-traveled." :D Before entering this store, you will be required to sanitize your hands. There's a hand sanitizer at the entrance inside of Neiman Marcus. Masks are required due to the COVID. I was surprised to read a few of the recent negative Yelp reviews because what I love most about this location is that LV client service advisors like Cole and Icesys are always so helpful, attentive, patient and professional. I just wish they offered a bigger selection of the LV collection here. Overall, I've always had great experiences at this Louis Vuitton. If you're ever considering an LV purchase, I highly recommend checking out this location.

I will not be returning to this location ever again. I placed an order online for pickup. I arrived at the store to pick up the order and was told to go wait in line outside because they do not have anyone to help assist customers with pick up orders. They made me wait outside in the sun for 25 minutes. After I called the LV client advisors line, they called the store to tell them that pick up orders should NOT be waiting in line. There were 5 other customers with pick up orders that were waiting in front of us. The client advisor line told us, make sure you're assertive and tell the store that we're a pick up order. We did. With a snappy, condescending attitude the employee at this location told us, "there are other people in line with pick up orders too. The line is outside." The worst customer service I've ever experienced. Why are they accepting pickup orders if we have to wait in line anyway? I thought the whole purpose was to prevent an influx of customers gathering together. After 25 minutes and a call from the corporate office, the same employee came back out to "help us" with an entirely different attitude. Even after taking my ID, receipt, and credit card information that I paid with, it took another 30 minutes for them to get my order. We waited in line some more inside the store. During this period, I watched them walking around with my ID and struggling to find the order. They eventually came back to us and said that the order is under a different name (my boyfriends). If the credit card information, the billing address, and the e-mail is under my name, AND the product matches what I showed them, AND they found the order already, why couldn't they grab the order first, then check his ID? They came back and explicitly stated "The order is actually under "..."'s name." Instead, they took his ID and took another 10 minutes to grab it. By the time we were able to pick the order up, it had been about an hour and we had already waited out the entire line. One HOUR for an order that's already paid for is a joke. The customer service is a joke. I have no problem waiting in a line, but telling us to "go wait outside because there are other people with pick up orders too" without letting us even finish our explanation of "we have a pick up order" is just rude.

Every year I buy my wife a purse from this store this year I happen to have had covid 19 as well as recently lost my leg I sent my daughters to buy it for me and the manager said no way he has to be here they FaceTimed me but she didn't care so they drove all the way to Rodeo drive they did don't shop at the store the manager doesn't care for people she to good
