I recently had the pleasure of visiting the loft, theater managed by Chris, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The theater itself was beautiful and luxurious, with state-of-the-art technology and comfortable seating that made for a truly immersive movie-watching experience.However, what impressed me most about this theater was the level of service provided by Chris and his team. Unfortunately, during my visit, there was an issue with my order, and it ended up being over an hour late. I was understandably frustrated, but Chris personally stepped in to make things right.He not only apologized sincerely for the delay, but he went above and beyond to make up for the inconvenience. He personally made sure that my order was delivered and included complimentary treats and drinks to make up for the delay.I was blown away by Chris's dedication to customer service and his commitment to making sure that every guest has the best possible experience. Despite the initial hiccup, I left the theater feeling completely satisfied and impressed by the level of care and attention that Chris and his team provide.Overall, I would highly recommend this luxury movie theater.

I went to pick up my online order after I got an email notification that my order was ready to be picked up. and noticed the bag was small and was glad I looked and one of the items was not in the bag. I asked the associate and she she went to ask the manger and I overheard the manager saying he canceled that item, because he was holding it. The Associate told me then that they had canceled one of my items. So I asked if they had a size M and she checked and I asked to give me that, she tried to ring it up, but my gift cards didn't have the value, since they canceled one of the items and it takes 24/48 hrs for it to be put back on my card. So I talked to the manger Saul and said if there was any way to fix that since it wasn't my fault they canceled it and I needed it for an event tomorrow. He was extremely rude instead and said he canceled bc he didn't have the item, but I told him I overheard him saying it was on hold. Bc he was being so rude and had an attitude I just had them cancel the whole order and walked out. I had a bad experience with the same guy couple months ago, but after this time I will definitely not be returning to this store. Extremely disappointed with the Manager Saul, because he was extremely rude. It is sad, bc the Associate was trying her best to help me, but he was not even allowing her to continue helping me. Definitely will not be recommended this place to my family & friends & coworkers!!!

I wish I got her name but she provided us such excellent personalized service yesterday. We were able to find everything we wanted and if the size was not available, she offered us multiple times to order it online. She was a great example of how to provide great customer service. We love all our outfits!

Renee is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME - always extremely positive, attentive, service oriented, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! I have shopped at Loft in Newport Beach for several years, as far back when the store was located in Newport Coast. Over the years, there has been a couple decent store managers and possibly a couple not so good ones. None of them have compared to how great Renee is. She always greets me with a smile and even knows my name (probably even knows my phone number LOL - because entering my many orders)! Renee makes loyal customers such as myself feel special and valued. She always informs me of promotions and points out new items, even knows my style and many times remembers what I bought recently. I trust her fashion input. Renee was always my favorite, even before she became manager. She is a huge asset to Loft Newport Beach and the company as a whole. While I'm browsing, sometimes I overhear Renee speaking with associates and she's always very professional, thorough ensuring they know what's new and going on in the store. I can tell she's well respected by her team. I'm very observant and have noticed if she's in the middle of a transaction or helping a customer, she is well aware of everything else going on in the entire store, such as if another customer may need help or an associate needs her. She seems to be very good at multi tasking. I can tell Renee has a strong work ethic, rare to find in today's world. I sometimes have transactions that are more complex - returning, price adjustment, buying something new, exchanging size or color, splitting payment methods, putting something on hold, ordering something online to be shipped. Renee is always a good listener, focused, detailed and processes my transactions quickly and efficiently. I never have to repeat myself or explain anything again. Renee is always so patient and I've never seen her flustered. The store always looks well organized and clean. Renee brings good energy and happy vibes to the store! My shopping experiences have been consistently positive since she's been Store Manager. Renee has really turned the store around. On another note, Loft and Banana Republic have always been my go to stores for good fashion at reasonable prices. For approximately the past year, I have not been finding anything at Banana, however love lots at Loft. I've never written a review on a retail store, however lately I've been so impressed with the customer service I receive from Renee, I felt compelled to write this one! Plus, people these days are so quick to document a negative experience, even the littlest thing. Yet, unfortunately, neglect commenting about the positive experiences, the good little things that go a long way and when someone goes above and beyond like Renee. She ensures her customers are well taken care of and happy with their purchase and service. We need more kindness in the world, more kind and caring people like Renee, especially right now. Loft Newport Beach will continue to be my favorite place to shop while Renee is Store Manager. Amazing job Renee! Thank you!

I have never written a bad review on here before but, my experience with the Assistant Manager Kim was absolutely awful. I went in to meet with her for my second interview. To start she was was 20 minutes late. She came out looked me up and down and then brought me to the back where she proceeded to tell me the job position her manager told me I was interviewing for didn’t exist. Asked me 1 question than told me to leave. She acted as if she was above me and doubted my previous work experience. On top of that she acted as if I was making up that the manager told me she wanted me to interview for a part time sales lead position. She was incredibly rude and I would not recommend anyone to apply here. There seems to be no communication between the manager and assistant manager. Never have had such a bad experience with an assistant manger before.

I have been shopping at this Loft location for many years. Renee the store manager helps me every time I go and she's very sweet, professional, courteous and goes out of her way to make sure I'm happy with the service and the purchase. People like Renee in today's world are hard to find, she's an asset to the company. I will continue to shop at Loft as long as Renee is there. Thank you Renee for all your help, input, and amazing personality and work ethics

They have a desk set up inside the door with the doors shut so when you go inside they tell you whether or not they’re at capacity and watch you do it. Creepy clerk followed me through the store to explain the rules that I wasn’t breaking because she was offended that I didn’t want to talk to her.

I spend tons here on myself, and went to town on Christmas for family. Had to do a $400+ return, and I've been in retail, so I know it hits numbers etc. The woman was clearly displeased. She then pointed out that they don't sell shoes in the store. I explained that on-line orders were very clear that I could return in store. She then noted my address and asked why I didn't return to mission Viejo store. I was meeting my mom in fashion island, but shouldn't have had to explain. She back-pedaled and said wasn't sure I knew there was a store there, but I was met with negativity the entire transaction. Having managed retail, sometimes you've got to take hits and should do it w a smile...and not try to pawn it off on another location.

I had a great experience here! Kaleigha (sp?) was so sweet, and so incredibly helpful. I honestly can't remember the last time someone in customer service had so much patience; she picked out sweaters that would look good on me.. great success, and she didn't huff and puff like most young people in customer service do when you change your mind, and go back and forth a bit. I will be back! I hope to have as good an experience in the future.

The Lot is an overpriced movie theater disaster. Go to Big Edwards across the street instead. The Lot’s poorly run theater could be better if they put some simple systems in place. When we arrived and showed the staff member our digital tickets, she didn’t scan them or anything and told us which theater the movie was in, which was different than what was on our tickets. By the time we found our assigned seats and settled in, an usher came up to us asking to see our tickets in the dark. We showed him our tickets and another couple had the same seating assignments, so we were told to go back to the front desk to straighten out the seating issue. Annoyed and embarrassed at this point, we went back to the front desk and waited in line for five minutes, only to be told we had purchased tickets for another Lot Theater, not the Fashion Island location. If the person had initially scanned our tickets upon entry, this entire situation could have been avoided. They reassigned us to different seats and we went back into the theater. The only reason I gave them a score of 2 instead of 1 is due to the fact that they honored our tickets although I had accidentally purchased the tickets for a different theater. . . The whole ordering and food delivery system is a nightmare. Be prepared to have servers on iPads walk in front of you, whisper loudly, and ask questions throughout the entire movie. It is extremely distracting. I have no idea how they can have a supposed high tech system, but when it comes to delivering food, a server literally went down our aisle asking every single person, “Did you order this water?” After all 12 people in our row said no, he left with a tray of Fiji Waters in hand. We ordered popcorn and licorice, which was delivered cold, with delay, and without any napkins. Toward the end of the movie, the servers all deliver checks loudly, expecting tips on the overpriced movie theater food. The people next to us ordered popcorn and drinks, and the server tried giving us their food. It just doesn’t make sense why they can’t deliver food to the correct seats. . . The restrooms were filthy and they were out of paper towels. . . The entire experience reminded us why we rarely go to the movies anymore. Stay away from The Lot. The price for two tickets in early afternoon were $45. I would not go back even if they were $20.
