This store is always fun to go to. They have amazing products from hand creams, to facial care and everything in between. If you have any questions about any kind of products, the employees are always very informative to tell you all about them. Love this store.

I came from Spain to my favorite store: L’Occitane, and it couldn’t be more perfect! Amanda gave an excellent customer service, she helped my aunt to give enough information about a product and she was a 10. Thank you for the experience ❤️

Awesome service today by Shakeena (sp?). That was the name the friendly gal provided when I asked (so I could give her kudos in this review) - but oddly enough, my receipt said I was helped by Etombo. Anyway, stopped by here since I had a birthday email from L'Occitane offering me a choice of two gift sets if I made a reasonable purchase. To be honest - I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for - I just knew some of their skincare stuff is popular for air travelers, and I was curious about their shower gels, since I have a decent selection at home and will usually pick a gel based on my mood that day. The gal clerk was super friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked into the shop. It's a cute boutique sized shop with a wide variety of items. The smell was pleasant, not overwhelming like other bath/body stores (looking at you Bath and Body Works!), organized and had a great selection. I shared briefly what I was looking for, and the gal clerk showed me the different offerings they had, including a nifty travel set for Men, which contained: L'Occitan Shower Gel, After-Shave Balm, and Cade Shaving Gel. Everything was under 3oz. - which is helpful for air travel, especially if you aren't checking luggage. I also picked up a 8.4oz. bottle of their Cap Cedrat shower gel - after having the clerk sample the four shower gels in the Men's section. Happy to add that to my shower gel collection, especially since it doesn't smell similar to any of the others I currently have. Checkout was prompt and efficient. I think my visit lasted no more than 15 minutes - which was great for time, yet I didn't feel rushed at all. The gal clerk (which I keep referring to this way due to the name discrepancy mentioned above) was thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. I could not have asked for a better experience.

I had a great shopping experience today and Amanda made all the difference! She is so friendly and introduced us to all the different types of lotions and fragrances with no pressure. She was also so wonderful with my children. We tried some products and they all smelled and felt so awesome one my skin. So happy to support this mortar and brick store. I also learned that I could also call and order over the phone to get free shipping if I ever run out and need more. Thank you Amanda for today!

I've been long time fan of L'Occitaine En Provence for decades (since grade school), and I'm happy I found this store. Back when I lived in LA, I often went to the beverly location & it's nice to have a go to store in the OC area. Anyhow, the ladies at this store are super nice. The sweet woman with red hair is a total doll. (Sorry, I never caught her name). I've come in to this particular location a few times to purchase stuff for myself and gifts for friends and family members. the gals I've worked with have been so knowledgeable, helpful, and a joy to work with- every time. I also learned that you can order online and pick up at the store + accumulate points. They are also nice when it comes to giving out samples. My favourite line from L'Occitaine is the amande, and they hook it up with giving me samples of new things to try (which I really appreciate).... I usually hate shopping... very unusual for a female to say, but when it comes to L'Occitaine, I always end up coming back to this store for everything I need & want, because of the great customer service and their amazing products!
