I live in Scottsdale but saw online an Evoque Convertible at Land Rover Of Newport Beach. I had to have it. I dealt with Jake V. from start to finish. He kept me apprised every step of the way. And talk about personal service, he drove the car from California to Scottsdale to deliver my gorgeous car!!!! So my recommendation is to check with Jake for your next car. Can't thank him enough for making my car purchase an enjoyable one!

Worst dealership ever. Very unethical and unprofessional I'm actually not shocked seeing 3 stars on Yelp. From sales people to manager everyones shady. They ran my my credit without telling me. I would not recommend anyone to do business with them. Rude behavior they waste my time by telling lies. I told them not to run my Credit until I give approval and manager promised me that no one would run my credit but guess what later same day I get a notification that my credit was ran. Shameful lying sales team. I'll make sure to post it everywhere. I ask everyone not to take your business here. Sales person Gustavo and manager Jake made my experience horrible. Avoid this dealership please and take your business elsewhere save yourself a headache.

If you are looking to buy a Land Rover, this is a great place to go. The customer service is TOP TIER. First, the free valet parks your car even if it's not a car in the Land Rover brand. The facility was clean, modern and everyone inside was attentive. I had the pleasure of working with Ahmed and although he didn't have the color of the car that I wanted he connected me with his colleague at LA Land Rover. He assured me that he would get the price that I wanted and the process would be easy. He also followed up with me until I purchase was complete. Excellent customer service! Thank you!

Jake is the absolute worst car salesman on earth. After waiting two weeks for a 2020 Discovery Sport to be ready for delivery, Jake called me today to say, "oops, the car sold on my day off". I had to remind him he was supposed to bring the car to me three days ago. Don't buy a car here, they're awful!!

Allen is seriously The Guy to go to if you want to shop for a new Range . He's hand down the most knowledgeable and the most patience salesman I've ever came across . He stayed till 10 pm the day we got our car to make sure we find what we were looking for. I mean I couldn't ask for a better salesman . Amazing experience ! I am beyond impressed with the service I just got at Newport Beach Jag/Land Rover!!! I purchased my Land Rover at the Anaheim Hills store and they were awful!! And I was warned! From sales, to the service dept. to the lease department.... I've had it and can not wait to turn my car back in. My engine light has been on for a few days so I decided to call the Newport location. I just talked to the nicest girl Nicole, who got me in for service this week and also explained that there was a complimentary concierge pick up and delivery service (whaaat? ) Now maybe Anahiem Hills doesn't offer the same service but I was never told about one if there was one! I will be going to Newport Jag/Land Rover for all future services regarding my vehicle.

It was my first time buying a Land Rover, but the service they provided made my decision much easier. Allen Johnson was an absolute professional who offered honest and helpful feedback. I can see how he is one of the best in the business. I would recommend anyone who is interested in purchasing a Land Rover to seek out Mr. Johnson, you will not be disappointed.

This place is so dialed in on both their Covid precautions and their customer service. Why would you go anywhere else(unless they didn't have the car you wanted)? Jake Vogel was our sales rep, and he went so far above and beyond our expectations, we couldn't have be happier. The knowledge, patience, and professionalism Jake exuded was what a car buying experience should always feel like. The funny(actually annoying part for me) was that we were the ones holding up the sale process. Did that deter or annoy Jake? Nope. He just kept treating us like we just arrived. Straight classy. Full disclosure, we didn't buy a Land Rover or a Jaguar. However, you would have never guessed it by the way we were treated. This is truly a quality dealership, and it shows with how they treat their customers. Thank you Jake V. and Tim S. for getting my love the car he has been looking for and wanted for quite awhile. While also beating his expectations at the same time. Most importantly, thank you for showing us how a car buying process should always be done. We appreciate you.

Buying and leasing cars is not always a great experience, there's almost always missing Inventory, or a deal offered that didn't actually exist. I just picked up a new Range Rover Evoque, from Alex at Jaguar Land Rover in Newport Beach. No pressure, very friendly attitude, and an excellent vehicle at a reasonable price. The dealership is well organised, and Alex kept me focused on one vehicle, with the best options available, where he could offer me the best deal. I would definitely buy from them again. Alex made the experience, no nonsense, and guided me well, with a very friendly attitude.

I loathe the car buying experience but these guys made it more enjoyable. Our sales rep, Tony Morago was great to work with. There was no hard sell at all. He listened to our requests and showed us cars that fit our needs and budget! Even after the sale, he helped me with some additional requests. I recommend working with him!

They survive on their name which everyone knows is barely there now that they've been tossed around by owners and the quality of their cars are basically nonexistent once the warranty expires, that's why their car prices drop over 50% in 5 years. It's basically a ticking time bomb after that. I'm 41 and look like I'm in my 20s. I toll up in an old Prius and the salesman don't even pay me any mind. Takes me awhile to find a salesman that could help. Finally after checking the car, they don't even negotiate after finding flaws in the car. I leave and find another replacement of similar elsewhere at 8k or 20% less. Even after that they keep calling me asking if I'm still interested in the car. I asked them if they will reduce the price and they said no, yet they keep calling me. Stop it. You can rip others off and sit on your high horse but I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I purchased a vehicle in the month of February, after the purchase was completed, I found it very challenging to reach the sales team. As a customer I felt that; great, the purchase is complete, and NOW no one returns my calls. It gave me the perception of a sleezy dealership. HOWEVER, Joey Kablowi arrived in his bat mobile and saved the day. Thank you for your hard work and dillengence in changing my experience into a positive one.

Up until buying our suv, we've been to many dealers in Southern California but Newport Beach LandRover was the best! In all aspects! Rich has been quite helpful for us. He was extremely kind, classy and patient. It took several months to order our car, since we went for a special order. He has been quite professional from the day 1 up until now. We've had such a nice experience in purchasing our vehicle and do hope to experience the same in upcoming service appointments. Rich was such a wonderful person to work with. Rich and Newport LandRover are excellent!

I want to take a minute to rate my recent experience at Land Rover Newport Beach. We Just purchased our second Range Rover from Land Rover Newport Beach on 02/27/2021 My daughter and I went in and met with Alex Lazovic. He had the exact car we were looking for. The car was exactly as described. He's approach was quite relaxed and there was no pressure at all. Alex went above and beyond for us. His customer service was outstanding! He worked with my schedule and was very professional, honest, friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He even went out of his way and gave my daughter a red big bow for her car. This was a very smooth process from the beginning to the end. Thank you so much Alex! Thanks also go out to General Manager Stephen Brown for his assistance.
