I've always enjoyed shopping at J. McLaughlin in San Marino, CA -- there is always lovely, high-quality clothing to purchase and the staff is FIRST-RATE! Recently, I needed an item for a trip and LISA was able to locate the very last one available in the entire company. LISA had it over-night shipped and I was able to bring the piece with me on my travels. Now that is OUTSTANDING customer service -- over and above! I highly recommend J. My wife has come into this store with a smile and comes out with a huge smile! She tells me tat the staff is quite friendly and accommodating plus she loves the clothing…am I in trouble!!!

I am in love with this store! But, most importantly, are the fabulous people who work here. Nubia and her staff are always so kind and personable. They are so welcoming and treat me like family.
