The location at 900 Newport Center Drive is permanently closed. I was supposed to return my car there only to discover the Hertz counter was no longer there. The valet at the Marriott was the person who told me. The location still shows up on Hertz.com and Google maps.

If you provided a great service, why need a big office? Just pickup the car and go! By far the best car rental service and great location. Jake and Ben very friendly and professional. They did not CON you on rental agreement. Hundred percent recommended at this location.

If you work/stay anywhere near Newport Center, this is the place! Everyone has been pleasant. Ben has gone above and beyond to give me the greatest convenience and service when travel plans change. Ben suggests helpful options and supports my choice. It's amazing - you think you're just renting a car, but - suddenly - the day is better, even great! I appreciate being able to focus on my work, my life without worrying about my rental car.

If I could give zero stars I would. Admittedly I made a mistake and booked for tomorrow instead of today and they didn't have cars available. When I went on the hertz site it was showing multiple cars available. When I brought with the guy at the desk he couldn't have been more rude. As a hertz gold member find this very insulting

I reserved a car rental online a day ago and I chose this location because it is closer to my house. When I went in the morning to pick up the car, they do not have ANY car available!

Reserved a vehicle for my business trip, arrived at the confirmed time and location by Uber, was told there is no vehicle available matching the class of reservation. I then asked what vehicles were available as I need a car to get to meetings, they said they had no vehicles, even though I had a confirmation and an email stating the same.

I love this Hertz location. Cynthia particularly is the highest example of great customer service. She is super helpful, always smiling and just makes me feel important. I like her personalized interaction. She remembered me from my last rental a few weeks ago. Message to Hertz management....hire more Cynthias!

ZERO STARS!!! This place is a joke. They don't even have cars!!! They only offer an explanation of "we are trying to get it shut down since last night." THEN WHY TAKE RESERVATIONS!!! They have no customer service and did nothing to help me after I paid an Uber over here to get no help whatsoever AVOID AT ALL COST this location should be shut down.

Booked an Economy car thru the AAA website. They didn't have any so they upgraded me to a full size! Very well!!

I always choose hertz. I picked this place based on the location of being in the hotel I was staying at. It was everything but convenient. There was no one there at the time of my reservation and didn't show up until 40 min later making me late for work. The girl was outside smoking. She could careless. There was a line of angry people with me. Use the one around the block!

Rented the car thru Priceline and verified thru the Hertz website that all the charges where correct. When we went to pick up the car they gave us some double talk about upgrade and taxes and that it would be $25 more. We had a copy of the contracts with pricing and they finally agreed to $6 more due to tax difference. Ok fine we took the car. Month later we received the bill and we were charged the $25 more! Went back to the rental site just to be told by the hertz employee, tough luck he couldn't do anything about it, didn't even want to look at the paperwork. Told us to call Hertz. These people are scam artist! They charge what they want, when they want regardless of your contract! Beware!
