WHAT A TOTAL RIP-OFF AND HORRIBLE COMPANY. I rented a car at a local FBO in Nashville. When I reserved it, I told the person on the phone that I wanted a large SUV. When I landed, I happened to look at the rental agreement I was signing, and IT WAS $350.00 PER DAY. I immediately called, told them I do NOT rent $350 per day cars and I would Uber rather than pay this STUPID PRICE, and they were a RIPOFF. They decided any rental was better than no rental and dropped to a more reasonable rate and one that compared with National / Hertz at $189 for a Large SUV for the day.I am sure many people fly into an FBO and don't bother to look at the rental agreement's cost or are embarrassed to call and complain while their traveling party is ready to get into the car and get on their way??? Seems that Go Rentals has found a way to take advantage of people who they think don't care about cost because they fly into an FBO on private planes.HUGE INTEGRITY, MORALS, AND FAIRNESS ISSUES IN THIS COMPANY!!!!AVOID GO RENTALS AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor customers, received a text Day prior to Vacation to tell me my credit card didn't go through. I booked this rental back in August and took my vacation in November. I used the same credit card and it went through the same day. There term and conditions are crazy, you have to have 300,000,00 property damage liability on your own insurance or if you used theirs they charge 175.00 for 3 days with a 1000.00 holding fee. None of their terms and conditions are noted nowhere, might be after this review. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

WOW!!!! Does t get any better!!! I won't bore you with details, but Go Rentals is heads above any other car rental company we've EVER used, and we've used lots of them!!

I have called multiple times to ask if a car can be dropped off at a second location and if my little pupper is allowed in their rentals - while on hold for upwards of 20 minutes and listening to a tape about how "their customer experience is of the upmost importance" and my call is the first in line... it ultimately goes to a voicemail. I have left messages and NO ONE has called back! I would hate to see what their customer service would be if they didn't care! LOL!!

This is a rental car company practicing unsafe and illegal car renting. I drove their car and when I returned it they didn't say anything. Then I get an email saying I dented the car and I need to sign off on pictures agreeing it was my fault. The photos didn't show anything. When I asked to speak to the manager they said I only had a few min to sign off on it because the car was being rented that day. So they said I created damage and then rented the same car so there was no way of telling If I did the damage or the next person. I called them 5 times and never heard from them and the credit card dispute is the only way to deal with them. Good thing no one was hurt in the second car I would have been blamed.

(Hawthorne) Absolutely horrible experience. Their Hawthorne location came recommended by Surf Air, specifically for their elevated "concierge" level of service; greeting passenger upon arrival and getting them into their car quickly. The rental process: They required 3 forms of government ID and a utility bill to rent. (we brought this) They charged $2700 for a one-week rental - paid up front They confirmed the rental - awesome When we arrived: No one greeted us to take to the rental desk We found the rental desk - no record of reservation Our confirmed vehicle was not available - they swapped the 7 seater SUV for a 5 seater which didn't fit the family and luggage (we paid for the 7) Never asked to see the multiple forms of ID Never responded to inquiries about where the disconnect was Do not use this company. Avis is a 4 min drive - use them or anyone else for your rental needs instead.

We rented from Go Rentals in Austin. Fantastic experience! They delivered the car to our hotel and at the end of the day, we valet parked it and they picked it up the next day (we paid the valet fee). Very convenient, impeccably clean vehicle, and Nicole was lovely. I had never heard of Go Rental before but I will certainly look for them the next time I need a rental.

I would highly recommend Go Rentals. Fantastic service, quality professionals, great vehicle choices and removed the stress factor out of renting a car. A total lifesaver for us when Budget would do absolutely nothing to help us even though we had a prepaid reservation we had booked months earlier for our vacation in Destin, FL through Budget. Go Rentals to the rescue ! Thank you !
