I can't thank her enough for the on time delivery and going the extra mile to make the most beautiful arrangements.

I wanted to get some flowers for my grandmother-in-law's birthday so I stoped by Flowers De Monet. I decided to risk it and just walk in without calling in an order in advance and was delighted to find an arrangement that was already ready to be purchased that was very reasonably priced. The shop itself is very simple and modest, I was expecting a super lavish and extravagant store just based off of the name of the shop but was a little surprised to see how simple it was which is fine because they get the job done regardless. The parking lot is a little bit on the smaller side and they share it with a nail salon and dry cleaners.

Absolutely stunning and magical arrangement - we gave full creative license and so happy with the results! On delivery, my friend had never seen such a beautiful display. Highly recommend!

Delivery person couldnt find address. Had to call and ruin the surprise. The box of chocolate that I paid $19.99 for had a $12.00 tag on it. 1st and maybe last time I use them.

Placed a special order for a lei a week ago. Apparently owner did not write down our name and number despite providing it. Turns out she could not fulfill the request (and had no ways of telling us obviously). I showed up on the day promised, i was made to feel like an idiot saying "we don't do that", on two occasions i was made to feel like i made a mistake. Then she remembered, and hardly apologized. I'll give more than zero stars as she offered "some roses" (which is not what I'd want and does not make up for the mistake). Well, my child's graduation was today and wanted something specific, now with two hours left, i can't provide what i was asked for. It's one thing to make mistakes...we are all human. I usually don't write yelp reviews for mistakes, but to be treated as poorly as I was today was unjust. Be sure the florist repeats your name and number to you before you hang up, or else a mistake on their part might turn into an emergency on the customer's part and that is truly unfortunate. Much like the other 1 star reviews here, i can affirm that yes, she will give you attitude despite it being an error on her part. Good customer service and professionalism requires the maturity to admit mistakes, but also to treat customers with decency no matter who is at fault. Unfortunately it was entirely the florist's fault and to be treated condescendingly despite it being her own error seems to check out with some of the other bad reviews here

Nasrin did an amazing job on my Mom’s Celebration of Life flowers. She made all our centerpieces, entry floral and a small intimate bouquet to go next to my Mom’s ashes. She made it a very special tribute with her beautiful artistry. Highly recommend her.

Flower De Monet saved the day!! I had pre ordered flowers from a different flower shop a few days before for my girlfriends birthday. When I arrived this morning it was not at all what I envisioned for my girlfriend and the other flower shop did not follow very specific details.The lily's were yellow and other flowers were orange and it was a nightmare. I called around to have an emergency bouquet put together, and no one had lily's. BY THE GRACE OF GOD, I got ahold of Flowers De Monet and she had the pink lily's I needed. All I said to her was "It's for my girlfriend, she loves pink, I would like it in a vase, and I have no budget." She asked me how soon I needed them and I said as soon as you can. She said "I can have them done in 30 mins." When I arrived she humbly ask "do you like them"? And I couldn't help but relax my whole body in awe at the stunning work she had prepared. I gave her bare minimum details and an unrealistic deadline. She successfully accomplished a breath taking bouquet for 70$ within 30 minutes. This will forever be my go to and my girlfriend was over the moon with the arrangement. Thank you for saving my life! Happy wife, happy life!!
