Professional and welcoming service all around.. They definitely know how to treat others and we love the experience every time we’re in for service or just buying. I wish a lot of other dealerships take pride in their work like this place.

I don't like to leave bad reviews but this is a bit of a long story:\\n\\nSo initially my car brakes screeches really loudly, to the point where the gate guy (in my community) had to cover his ears when I drove by him. This is intermittent and I couldn't find a pattern to why it happened. I asked some friends and collogues and even the car sales guy in regards to the issue. Everyone said it was just new and give it a few weeks. So I did, it didn't go away.\\n\\nI also noticed a weird paint scratch on the hood of the car. It wasn't deep at all and it was more annoying than actually noticeable. But hey, its a matte car, its going to get scratches regardless. I figure I'll take it to the dealership to see if they can get rid of the noise that is going on for a few weeks now despite constant driving. If they can remove the scratch on the paint, great, if not, oh well. The staff (Ruben, great guy, this is absolutely not a review on him) was/and still is very professional and courteous and told me they would look into both.\\n\\nSo when I heard back from Ruben (great guy), I was told there was no issues with the breaks, and that they tried to \\\"fix\\\" the scratch but couldn't since I purchased whatever detailing package. It was already late and the car was parked in the shade so I didn't do much and drove it back. Then I realized when I got home that there was a shiny spot in the middle of the hood. Apparently they had tried to either polish/buff the area that had the scratch, now instead of an annoying scratch, there is an actual notifiable shiny spot in the middle of the hood surrounded by matte paint.\\n\\nTo their credit, Fletcher Jones admitted to their mistake, took the car back from another week, repainted the entire hood free of charge (which also got rid of the scratch).\\n\\nNow about 2 weeks out, I'm randomly driving this car, the entire front electronic dashboard shuts off. I had to drive on the 405 back home with no basic information on gas/speed/etc etc. I was obviously annoyed that a brand new car with ~1000 miles can have such a catastrophic failure. Fletcher Jones didn't want to pick up the car because it wasn't safe, so it had to be towed into their shop.\\n\\nAgain I spoke with Ruben (great guy), was told that they would fix it. This was on 7/5. For the next 3 days, I would get very vague updates on the car being \\\"worked on\\\". Although it isn't that hard to tell if it really was since the door was never unlocked/locked for the first 2 days (based on app). What was more interesting was that the car was driven for 38 miles late night and early morning.\\n\\nI understand that they have to road test the car, but its mostly for steering/brakes. Then when I got the record, I realized all they did was update software and complimentary car wash. Don't really understand why that took 4+ days and 38 miles of testing.\\n\\nAgain, the staff I worked with is excellent, except for sales guy who asked me to do his online survey and then blocked me afterwards after I asked him where to take the car to for figure out the brakes.\\n\\nHis name is Shiyong Cui, you can't miss his office, he is the one that collects sales awards on his desk like they are 5th grade softball participation trophies.\\n\\nOverall, the quality of the car has nothing to do with the dealership. But whether it is buffing matte paint (which was fixed) and taking 4 days to update software. Its been a mixed experience which is alleviated by their professional service team (Ruben, great guy).

I was visiting from out of state. I drove my AMG approximately 2000 miles to Orange County, California. I wanted to get an oil change and I was told that Fletcher Jones is the premier Mercedes-Benz dealer in the area.\\nI made a appointment with Kim the day prior and showed up an hour early the next day. I was promptly approach by the Concierge Service team where I was greeted like a rock star and then they took several pictures of my AMG from all different angles to include under the under the hood with a iPad. Not sure why? A short time later I was consulted by Mr. Holsinger that I was a going to need a “A” Service in 65 days. So I decided to get that done. I was offered a Courtesy Car but I did not need one. While I waited in the Customer Lounge I noticed the dealership had a cafe so I ordered a coffee and a killer breakfast burrito. I walked around the dealership and enjoyed the “Petting Zoo” ( The new car showroom) and talked among the friendly staff there. I got a text from Fletcher Jones saying maintenance on my vehicle was completed and was being washed. In fact, all paperwork of work completed and invoice was texted to me. Once my car was washed the Valet offered me a bottle of water and I was on my way. My experience with FJ Motorcars was a pleasant one. If I decide to drive my AMG to California in the future I will be sure to stop by if schedule maintenance is warranted.

Worst experience ever. I ask for tire repair and maintenance service for my car. They ask me for over $1,600 for my tire repair. After I remained they that I have a tire insurance, they said the service is not included.\\nHowever the tire’s nail was covered before when I did service in Anaheim.\\nWhen I arrived to pick up my car, I have waited for almost 1 hour. The nail had not be fixed, and no one told me that.\\nMy experience here has greatly reduced my impression of Mercedes-Benz. I will not serve in this store in the future, nor will I consider buying Mercedes-Benz cars.

Eric Gastineau was great! Me and my girlfriend wanted to check out Mercedes before deciding on what car to replace her highlander. The service was awesome and Eric was extremely helpful and friendly. He was kind enough to pull a showroom car out for us to drive and took us out on a great and scenic test drive. One of the best salesperson I've ever met. I would highly recommend!

The absolute best place in Southern California to purchase a Mercedes! The customer service is outstanding. This company truly get it! If you need service, ask for Leslie Lorenson! Great experience with David Patterson leasing a "loaner". No hassles. No BS. In and out in a couple of hours which is lightning fast for getting a car. Amazing customer service and attention by everyone at FJ. No wonder they are #1 in the Country.
