Great experience buying a car at Fletcher Jones. Issa, Nicholas and Fred are an amazing team. The process was very smooth from start to finish. I left home in a GLE 53! Definitely will refer this team to family and friends that are in the search for a car.

Extremely poor after sales service. I bought a new EQS 450 and it had past due service warning which should have been cleared before sale. They asked me to schedule an appointment and when I reached at the appointment time they could not give me a loaner car so I had to go back and reschedule it for a different day. Then when I asked the sales agent to show me how to charge my new car, they could not show it because their charging station was broken in no other charging stations were available. When I called to ask about the battery life, they routed me five times to different people who never picked up the phone and in the end they said someone would call me back shortly and that never happened. I wish I could give them zero star rating for after sales service.Now about the car, the car seats are horrendous. They give me neck pain in short 10 minute drive. Every time ! something is wrong with the seat settings. I had better seat on my Honda then on my Mercedes-Benz EQS 450. I've tried multiple different settings. None of it works. Fletcher Jones is not able to help with that. What a shame.

I’m really disappointed with my visit to the dealership today. I really world like to write to someone who’s responsible.We were not dressed to fit in or look like wealthy people but I saved up and was very excited to purchase my first car in the United States. I don’t want to mention his name but how he treated us was so sad. I was shattered and so heart broken for the way we were treated.

This review is a long time coming, a huge shout out to Andrew and Pedro for always going above and beyond for their guests. I got a vehicle from Andrew in October and he made the process not only simple but also very enjoyable. I could not be happier with my new vehicle and thank Andrew and Pedro for their continued assistance and great service. My dad has been working with Andrew for many years and for good reason. Pedro took the time to go over everything regarding my new vehicle and answered any questions that I had. They were even kind enough to gift me with a license plate frame and a personalized key chain (I had told Pedro above my love for music) and he looked for one with a music symbol on it. You will always receive personalized and genuine service when working with Andrew and Pedro. Be sure to ask for them the next time you are in need of a new car or anything Mercedes related. Thank you Andrew and Pedro for continuously offering impeccable service to all your guests. I am so grateful to have worked with you and will continue to do so for years to come.

I am leasing my first Mercedes through Fletcher Jones. My sales guy, Abraham was amazing & probably one of the best sales men I will ever encounter. Although, everyone else seemed to treat me as if I’m a bother to them. I am not sure if it’s because I am a younger female but a lot of the older men I have encountered there in service and finances are not so kind. I haven’t had any issues with my certified preowned GLC the first six months but now I have an issue with the turbo after getting a 30 point inspection on the car. Not the greatest experience but not the worst. Will recommend others who are looking for a vehicle to Abraham.

Leaving a review for incredible service from Leslie in the service center!I needed to get my car serviced before my birthday and before my sister and her newborn came into town to visit me, so I called and made an appointment on the fly! Leslie was able to get my car checked in super quick and I was driving home with a loaner vehicle in less than 15 minutes. My car had a few recalls that needed to be done plus an oil change but they got it all done in a day! When I came to pick up my car, it was ready out front for me.. I was in and out insanely fast! As always, 12/10 customer service at Fletcher Jones! THANK YOU LESLIE!! Appreciate you immensely!

I went in to have my car serviced last week and I had a really great experience. Cindy was the person who checked me in and she was so friendly, Then my advisor Stephanie was also very professional and made me feel confident about leaving my car here. Then lastly Nikolai helped me get into my loaner car so smoothly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend servicing your Mercedes here. Great place and great service.

The very first Mercedes Benz I ever leased was here at this dealer back in 2021. Sadly, my salesman made my experience a bad one. Even so, I still went through with the lease. Fast forward to 10/12/2023 and WOW!! I came in for my end of lease appointment and I was completely blown away by the exemplary service and attention from the entire team. Starting with the email communication regarding appointment details from Cecilia and Bree before I even arrived. Then, when I did arrive to my appointment, I received a warm reception from the front desk staff. After that, I met with my salesman Jeremy. He showed me the options available to me for a new lease and explained everything about the process in super detail so that I wasn't confused about anything. My previous salesman didn't do that. Jeremy literally made magic happen when it came to my new 2023 C300 lease!! I couldn't believe it. Then, it was time to sign paperwork with Elena. She was very kind and thorough. After that, I met with my delivery specialist Mason. He is very smart, personable and explained all the functions and features of my new car to me. And when it was time for Mason to leave he let me know that Jeremy wanted to say goodbye. Jeremy came out and gave me a big congratulatory hug. Thank you to the entire team that made me feel like a truly valued and appreciated customer.

This review is purely for Fletcher Jones' "complimentary car wash" that has devolved into a frustrating and time-wasting hassle. The infuriating experience is like waiting in line for a *chance* at purchasing an extremely limited item (which I guess these coveted car wash reservations now count?).Option 1: OnlineThe website (fjmercedes.com/car-wash-…) states that "availability is released each Monday" and they are serious. You absolutely MUST check on Mondays to schedule a car wash date that is . . . at least several weeks out. Wonderful! Don't bother checking any other time during the week since, for example, as of today's date Friday October 20, 2023, there is literally zero availability for the next 6 weeks (see attachments). Or if you have all the time in the world, keep refreshing the website at random times (which requires you to input your phone number and click multiple times just to get to the calendaring page) and you just might find a reservation that maybe fits your schedule.Option 2: Calling InIf you want to try your luck by calling in for a same-day reservation, again you absolutely MUST call the dealership at 9 am sharp. Don't bother calling any later than that because any reservations will be long gone by then. And even if you do call at 9 am sharp, you quickly realize there is a long queue of others doing the exact same thing, so you end up waiting on hold hearing the ringtone 30 times before the call ends without anyone picking up. You can try re-dialing at 9:01 am, and FJ will even try to be helpful by asking whether you want to leave your name and phone number for a callback, but there's really no point because there is no availability by the time they call you (assuming they even do).Until somewhat recently, I used to be able to check their website whenever and find a convenient time within the next two (maybe three) weeks. Given the significant volume of cars FJ sells, they either need to think about increasing their car wash hours and/or adding more agents standing by for that inevitable daily 9 am "rush" when it seems like *everyone* is trying to get their car washed that same day.It shouldn't be this hard to enjoy a benefit at a purported luxury car dealership. It might even make sense to start enforcing multiple or consecutive no shows. Otherwise, this is like someone hoarding all the Saturday dinner reservations at a trendy restaurant for months in advance, and then either not showing up or only showing up when they feel like it. It's gotten to the point that someone can probably start a business by selling these car wash reservations at a markup. Be prepared to spend both time and energy booking your next car wash reservation.

The best purchasing experience I've ever had.- Gene is and will always be the best sales rep I've ever worked with. His dedication to go above and beyond is phenomenal.- The finance team was informative, not pushy, and genuine.- Entire experience took less than a hour from arrival to signing papers and driving off with my Certified 2020 E350!
