This is a long overdue review. Heidi, Maria and Scott helped me a few months back with a super urgent blueprint request for a planning project I was doing for the city of Costa Mesa. It was a huge order with tons of pages to print, and they moved quickly and helped me get everything I needed, on time for my city appointment. I got my plans approved that day, and that wouldn't have been possible without this rockstar team! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I went in on a Saturday afternoon to ship some packages. The store was empty, with a very nice lady at the desk. I used the self service kiosk and had no issues. Quick in and out! Small but clean store. The parking lot is a little crowded because it's in a plaza, but I had no trouble finding a relatively close spot.

Maria went above and beyond for me! I've never came into a FedEx store to print anything I've always used printing options online. However I was short on time and needed some invites printed. She literally took care of it and made sure I was happy with the way the invites came out. Ask for her if you're visiting this location. Thank you Maria!

Do not have your family photos printed at FedEx kinkos. They do not have a photo printer so all of your photos will come out grainy. I would extend this recommendation to any printing of materials where you want the quality of the photos to look good. It's bad enough that I wish someone had called me and said, "we don't have a photo printer." Instead I ended up with quite a few family photos that all are so poorly printed we put any of them in the frames we purchased. We will need to have all the photos printed again. The woman at the store was nice and looked at me regretfully knowing the photos looked like crap and kinda shrugged her shoulders in apology.

I don't know which location or distribution center he is from but I wanted to thank Mike Kelly for his customer service. This delivery driver went so above and beyond to delivery my lost package. He was off work the day it was delivered to the wrong location and when he returned to work for his usual route he found my package and delivered it to me!!! I can't thank him enough! What an awesome guy!!! Thank you Mike Kelly!!!

I was trying to return a pair of boots in the original box as directed by Famous Footwear who directed me to take that box to Fed Ex with the shipping label and the employee refused to do so. ( I sent photo of that original box to Famous Footwear showing the condition to make sure it was ok to use and they confirmed it was. However, FED EX EMPLOYEE forced us to buy a box for $10.76. I immediately contacted Famous Footwear from outside the Fed Ex Store and the manager Wendell told me that Fed Ex should have just taped the box to seal it closed, put label on it and shipped it. He advised me to call Fed Ex to file a complaint which I did. My case number is 0103804925. After doing that, I went home and I contacted the store again, to tell Tony the Asst Manager that I didn't appreciate being charged for the box and that I had filed a formal complaint on him for putting me through this and charging me that box. Guess what he did next!?! He put me on hold, came back on the phone 5 mins later to tell me he had pulled my SHOE BOX out of the Fed Ex box and said that he was now refusing to ship my box because I no longer wanted to pay for the box. That is not what I said. He said he would ship my Shoe Box, and it would most likely never arrive in Tennesse and I would probably not get my refund from the shoe company. I got really mad and told him to stop with his threats! I reminded him that I NEVER said to Unseal the box # Tracking No 392924426653 and remove my original box. He continued with his threats I told him that I was now documenting that he was NOT shipping my box even though my credit card had been charged for a FED EX BOX and he was fully responsible for making sure those boots arrived back in Tennessee to Famous Footwear in a FED EX BOX. I then called Famous Footwear and gave them the case number I received from Fed Ex employee staff named Julian with my formal complaint that my package was NOW removed from original sealed Fed Ex box and told the Shoe Manager that the Fed Ex manager said it would be shipped in the original container with no guarantees it would make it. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE!! I am expecting that package to be responsibly shipped back to Tennessee in the box I paid for which I was not required to buy. I paid for that service and to have your staff now changed their minds, and refuse to ship it in the box i paid for is 100% UNPROFESSIONAL. If I do not receive my refund, I will dispute everything with my credit card company as I have a tracking receipt from Fed Ex and you will be responsible for the missing refund if those Boots do not make it back in a reasonable timeframe. I will NEVER do business with Fed Ex again and I expect FED EX to do the right thing, apologize to me, refund me the cost of the $10.76 cost of that box and do your job as paid by Famous Footwear to do and return those boots. Shame on this store!! What an absolute disgrace of customer service. They should have just accepted my box as directed, and move on. They have flipped flopped on these decisions and I will not stand for it. I don't appreciate the Asst Manager TONY screaming over my voice, after I had repeatedly told him to put that box back into the box. All he kept saying was come back to the store, and I will refund your creditcard and your box will be shipped in the original shoe box with the likely outcome of not arriving in Tennesee. WHO SAYS THAT TO A CUSTOMER!?!? You are paid by Famous Footwear to ship that box. You are not paid to make threats to customers of Famous Footwear that we won't get refunds. Shame on Fed Ex Store located at 1000 Bristol Street, in Newport Beach 92660 for not valuing me as a customer. SHAME ON YOU!

Had to drop off some packages from work - the other FedEx closer to work at UTC across from UCI is always busy. So this was the next closest one. The parking lot is tiny, but there are a few "5-minute" spaces for FedEx customers upfront. If you have plenty of time until the evening shipping deadlines - come after 3pm when Moulin is closed. There should be a lot more parking spaces opened up at that time.Nathan was friendly and helpful - offered me a receipt for my four packages that I dropped off. This location also has two hand carts to help you carry your stuff from car to store. Great place!

In and out n less then 5 minutes. I normally go to another location but this is my new shipping spot. The parking is a little tight but there was no line. The customer service was good, the pricing was not good but I'm nit sure that we can blame the business for that. Shipping cost are out of control these days. Five stars all the way!
