I received excellent customer service from Ramin Behnam. I was in desperate need of a notary service and had a tight deadline. Ramin found me a notary, got me in quickly, and thought of my every need. I was blown away by the personalized service and customer care I received. I felt like his only customer of the day, when I know that wasn't the case. I will return to Farmers & Merchants Bank for future banking needs. Thanks!

Ramin Behnam gave me exceptional service. I needed some documents notarized and was in a time crunch. My own bank could not help me within the time frame I needed. I asked Ramin for help at Farmers & Merchants bank and was so pleased with the service I received. He went above and beyond to get me scheduled with the notary. He treated me as if I had millions of dollars invested in their bank (which I don't). I was offered water, coffee, and he even offered to validate my parking. I will return again when I have future banking needs. I loved the personalized and quick service I received. He turned a stressful day into a positive experience. A former high-ranking government official in Guatemala has pleaded guilty in Miami federal court to conspiring to commit money laundering while paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in bribes to Guatemalan politicians through the U.S. banking system.In doing so he also participated in the biggest destruction known to man kind, the destruction of the natural rain forest by chopping down trees illegally and damaging the soil.Acisclo Valladares Urruela, the former economics minister in Guatemala, admitted that he transferred $350,000 in bribery payments to the unidentified Guatemalan politicians through two companies with bank accounts in Miami, according to a factual statement filed with his plea agreement. Valladares also acknowledged that he received $140,000 for moving the dirty money into those accounts
