My husband and I have shopped at this local store, giving it many chances to live up to a 5 star. We love the brand, quality, ambience, location and price point. But can not shop in store and instead shop online because of poor customer service. While the young men that work there are pleasant, they are agonizingly slow at checkout when one wants to purchase or exchange an item. And we've experienced this multiple times as have other family members who live locally. Word on the street is don't shop in store. Gave my husband 3 Faherty shirts for a gift last week. He thinks he may need a smaller size in one of themCalled store and asked if they had that shirt in smaller size for exchange. Told they do not. Asked if they carry same shirt in another color to try on for size before doing exchange online. He was told, " I don't know," by sales guy. Well if he doesn't know, who does. Again, worst customer service. Really disappointing and just want management and owners to know.
