I am amazed at the work ethic and dedication to her team by employee Breezy. She is professional and kind. Works amazing under pressure. She is short staffed but, doesn't skim on service for her clients. Leader like her are few and far between. This enterprise is special! Ty Breezy and team for a wonderful experience during this chaotic holiday season!

This place is in First place competition for worst location ever along with the 2 Costa Mesa locations both on Harbor blvd. This location is a complete pathetic at best , joke with a bunch of Farceurs running it. Circus Vargas meets the 3 stooges. Complete nightmare dealing with them or in store management. Their annual contest on worst location ever between this place, the second enterprise location down the street on harbor/Adam's in Costa Mesa, and thirdly not to be in last place the alternative Costa Mesa location also on harbor. Lead by poor example! I wonder if the Gm of FJ Benz knows about their behavior issues. I'm sure he's unaware of their unsafe practices. I worked for BMW almost 18yrs and never ever treated clientele even close to their level of non integrity. All of them have zero customer service or retention skills, think the best way to handle clients with scare tactics/threats, and ultimately Overcharged when car returned. Maybe that's the way regional trains their employees to act that way purposefully. Bully, fear placement, and threatening practices.Seems absurd but all 3 showed extremely similar tactics and displacement of power Some being more abrasive than others. Strangely upon initial check out given a false sense of service only expose their real identity upon return. When requesting upper corporate assistance or at least regional support contact via multiple emails and calls to customer service,0 hilarious I still have not heard anything back. Just sweep your "enterprise plus Gold member" under the rug. We don't care about your business only your money. Reverse logic mentality. Looking back Kinda funny with their idle threats from a bunch of scumbags. Hey bozos line em up and be ready to go. "I hear the circus is calling for you, a new career change. Something more suited to your talents and skillset. Don't forget your makeup, wig, and purses phone/screen warriors. If that fails you can also try the carnivals although they probably would kick you to the curb soon enough, Lucky for you I'm nice and have a sense of decency to not return your favors back. Someday with your attitudes and thinking you're Mr tough guys untouchable look at me personas, you'll run into someone that is more than willing to waste their time, gladly feed that negative energy, and more than happy to return those favors back. Don't support companies like these with no value treatment, price gouging, and overcharges for every minute thing they can think of. Instead Go support small organizations that still have core values, appreciate you, and offer customer service. When the ship sinks and bankruptcy takes place they will realize who should have been important all along. Congratulations!!! Failure. report card of --5 stars!!!!!!

I have been renting cars (many of them) from this location for years, so I expected decent results. I reserved a 7-passenger minivan MONTHS AGO for a planned trip. I called twice to reconfirm they would have the car I requested. First a month ago and then again yesterday. Now they leave me a voice mail THE DAY BEFORE I HAVE TO PICK IT UP (conveniently after they’ve closed) to tell me they can’t get a minivan. When I spoke with Casey yesterday he confirmed it would be available as requested. I told him I needed the minivan because of the space and NOT an SUV. Now, he leaves me a voicemail saying the only vehicle they can get is an SUV. Again, I made this reservation months ago and called two times in order to avoid this exact problem. I have absolutely no sympathy for them. They’ve left me in the lurch. I’m about to embark on a cross-country trip without the vehicle I need. Shame, shame, shame. Make this right!!!!UPDATE: So far, I have only received a hollow message from “Lisa S” offering to look into it and contact me. Not. A. Peep. I’m standing at the Fletcher Jones Enterprise counter waiting for them to open up and sort this out….FINAL UPDATE: Thank you to Michelle from Enterprise for saving the day. Sadly, it took me having to get upset (but never rude) and being pushy, but she was able to call around and find the minivan I needed for my trip. She was polite and gracious and got the job done. She's the ONLY one who managed to get what I needed. I've updated my review from one star to three. Thank you Michelle!

Just go to the airport! I've been waiting for over an hour for my car which was reserved weeks in advance. The single worker here is overwhelmed by having 2 customers and it appears to me that he has to get the cars from the other side of the planet. Disappears for 30 min at a time in between customers. Go get actual service elsewhere.

The Enterprise team at FJ mbz are top notch. The larger car I requested wasn’t immediately ready, so without hesitation the manager asked one of his associates to look up the location of the next available unit. It happened to be in a remote lot. One of the team members was dispatched to retrieve the vehicle, and it was cleaned and prepped so quickly that I was amazed to be on my way in the exact vehicle I requested without an extensive wait time. The customer service is why I prefer Enterprise, and this experience solidified my preference.
