My family and I enjoyed a few hours shopping at this lovely Newport Beach outdoor mall location. They had a great selection of stores and places to eat. Fun to walk around and it's beautiful.

This mall is a primo mall. This mall fails to disappoint. The stores are really luxurious. Staff are very polite I highly recommend this mall if you are in Newport Beach.

We had an awful experience with them! We were going to an engagement party and my wife scheduled a dry-styling with them for a few hours before the party. When she got there they refused giving service to her saying her hair is a little bit wet! She has short hair and her hair was not wet at all… it felt like they had scheduling issue and wanted to cancel her appointment!!! When she said I can pay for drying, too they said no we have no time available… the way they acted was extremely unprofessional… I have heard similar complaints from our friends as well…

Outstanding outdoor mall, especially with the incredible weather we have in Southern California. Great shops and restaurants throughout. There is a Nordstrom, many other larger department stores and plenty of smaller stores & shops too. Multiple wonderful restaurant options. We enjoy walking around this outdoor mall and eating there. Plus, it’s extremely dog friendly! Highly recommend. Steve Concialdi

Today around 5:58 pm, I went to the app to see if I could switch my 7 pm appointment at the Fashion Island store to a later time. I found a 7:15 pm appointment and went to book it. The click book and then an error message popped up saying I was not authorized to make this change. Then I tried again and the same message popped up so I just stuck with my 7 pm appointment. As I am walking up the store, I look at my phone for a Nordstrom pickup order I needed to get after and my appointment canceled. This is a ridiculous glitch in the system that needs to be fixed. When I realized this I immediately ran up to the store and told the girl at the counter named Marissa. The first words out of her mouth were “you didn’t have an appointment” so I immediately pulled up the confirmation showing my appointment time and then the cancellation. This is ridiculous that customers are being handled like this when it is completely out of my control that my appointment was canceled. Then she proceeds to try to cancel the appointment for the girl who took the spot and then tells me that I can’t get my hair done and they can’t accommodate me. This is not good customer service. I come to Drybar weekly and am always flexible.

One of the most elegant malls in all of California. Top end stores and great places to shop and eat. Plan to spend the entire day just walking around, then get lunch.

Very safe and entertaining, plenty of shops and fancy restaurants. You can spend the whole day shopping and walking around, you will have a great time for sure!

My wife went this drybar fathers day weekend for a 10:15 appointment. She arrived just at 10:20, 5 minutes behind. They were the rudest people. They were still able to see her but then when the next appointment arrived threw her WET hair into a braid and told her to leave. Why see her at all then if you couldn’t commit to finishing her service?

I had made reservations for myself and a friend. Drybar was running behind, about 10 minutes. I went back first, and my friend went back about 5 minutes after I did. Despite our reservation together which they had acknowledged at check in, we were seated at opposite counters. I really don't understand this about Drybar. I would think if you make reservations together, you could be seated together. Oh well. The scalp massage was only OK. I've had much better at other Drybars in the country. Overall, I probably won't return to this particular Drybar.

One of my favorite dry bar locations. The staff is friendly not just with customers but with each other as well. It’s a great environment and makes customers feel very comfortable. Everyone that I saw come and leave, left with amazing styles and I loved mine as well.

This place is terrific. The stylists are extraordinary. The place is immaculate. The service is second to none. If you want to look your best before your night on the town then I highly recommend you come here first. They are conveniently located at Fashion Island in Newport Beach. The manager Bree is so kind and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the entire staff.

I arrived at my appointment the receptionist which barely moved forward to take my temperature so I wasn’t taken properly told me I have a temperature of 99 and can be let in. This made everybody else to look at me and I had to defend myself by saying sure but I’m not sick I just drove here in the sun may be that’s why lol 5 minutes later I went back in and while she was smiling with other customers, I think may be it wasn’t taken correctly please try again. This time it was 98. I think this is quite offending Because number I wouldn’t have come to get a blow out if I had fever and my temperature was 99 or felt sick. Number 2- made me quite uncomfortable as I’m sure everyone felt uncomfortable with the just a simple poor act of temperature not taken properly. So the least can be done is to educate the receptionists to be professional and act in the right way.
