DDK is by far the most ethical straightforward BMW master mechanic in Califormia! Multiple occasions were his diagnosis Troubleshooting and inspections solved problems that even the dealership was struggling with.On one occasion the BMW dealership ESTIMATED 6000 for transmission repair. It took him less than an hour to determine it was actually a fuse in a tricky spot. Charged me 50 cents for the fuse + inspection. Not to mention he is friendly knowledgeable and willing to Give feedback. Before getting major work done anywhere else get a second opinion from ddk you will be happy you did!

I've known Don for over 10 years and he has a great reputation with me and my friends who take their European cars to him. 2 points I'd like to make. He's a community guy. His customers become his friends. The Local Genius, a man you can tell has had hands on experience, probably from childhood. I know a few people who have taken their business to him for over 25 years so it should be noted that there's many, many people who are happy with him and his work who haven't posted a review. Called about getting a fan replaced for my Mercedes. Since my car has a tune and some performance upgrades I wanted to use an upgraded high performance after market fan that has better CFM over the stock part. Unfortunately they don't allow you to bring your own parts in, but I was told they should be able to source the part directly. A day later I called back and they couldn't find a single fan except from the dealer and as a result the quote came back 3 times higher due to the HUGE costs of the sub par dealer parts. So my only option was to pay 3 times more and allow the dealer to make a huge profit selling me a cheap fan or I could find a repair shop that knows and understands performance parts are better than stock in both performance and value. It was a quick and easy decision and I ended up taking my car to shop where I not only paid a 3rd of the price, but I got a much better performance fan at the same time!

I have been going to DDK for over 10 years and have always been happy with their work. They do a great job for alot less than the dealership would charge and I have always been happy with any job they have done. We have taken many cars to them over the years, they are the best!

What makes this place amazing is that they'll be working on a newer Bentley in one bay and an old classic mercedes in another. They know Euro cars inside and out, the work is also good and their prices are fair. They are busy, so you need to schedule prior and may need to wait, but it's worth it.

Don is the best. I have been bringing my Mercedes here for years. My daughter brings her Audi and 3 of my friends bring their BMWs. He is honest, does a fantastic job and his prices Are more than fair. He is definitely a mechanic you can trust. I drive all the way from LA to get work done on my car at DDK motors.

Absolutely the most reliable and honest mechanic in all of Southern California . I would recommend D.D.K to EVERYONE who has a luxury vehicle that wants it taken care of with the most quality and MOST FAIR PRICE ANYWHERE IN THE SOCAL AREA !!!!! Customer service is always a million times better than anywhere else . I feel treated with so much respect and honesty . Love this place and Iam glad I found my new garage. So happy I'll never be wasting my life at Mercedes Benz anymore !!!
