My hair stylist Sara Gottschalk Chavez was amazing. She gave me star treatment for a highlights appointment and they came out perfect. She was so sweet she even brought a snack for me and did my hair with utmost detail. She's an independent contractor with Christophe and i trusted her to do my highlights for the first time. She also gave me a cut and did gorgeous bangs. The overall process was smooth and fun thanks to her. I have naturally dark hair and she was able to work with it with ease and respect to my natural hair. I recommend this Salon to everyone! Simply the best!!!

If you are coming to this Cristophe in hopes of receiving the qualify of service that you would at the Beverly Hills location. Make a sharp u turn!!! Scott the owner called me today for a no-show appointment and scolded me. This is beneath the Crisotphe's brand! I know Cristophe he would be appalled if he found out about this. Cristophe is noble, honest and a talent. Scott was just rude! I had canceled this appointment (the same day), and was told by the front desk staff that I must pay them $250 before I would be allowed to be seen there again.. why did Scott need to call and remind me of this, when I didn't even call the salon to reschedule?.. Quality of service in general is poor. Again, don't expect Beverly Hills service. Examples: Melissa a stylist told me she no longer was going to offer blow dries. I saw her blow drying other client hairs each time I visited the salon. Ty ! Blow dried my hair once. It took him 5 hours. Scott had to step in, and no one apologized for this inconvenience, and I was charged the full price.. The only two excellent individuals at this salon are Mikael, and Joseph. Both of these two have honest characters, pleasant personalities, and excellent skills. All others have a bad attitudes and dry bar skills!

Not a fan of bait and switching in prices. This place is shady. Fortunately I learned immediately once the girl i booked with was traded for a newby and the fist service was up charged by $100. Will never return!

Sara Gottschalk - Has been my hair stylist/color queen for + years! She's amazing! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new hair stylist. She is genuine, compassionate, thoughtful and kind. We have explored various styles and colors throughout the years. Her continue desire to learn and explore the world of hair care has always impressed me! Keep rockin' it Sara!

Poor customer service. I called and left a message to cancel my appointment several days prior to my appointment. A day before my appointment I received a text message about my upcoming appointment which I canceled again and made a second call to the salon. Again, I received the voice mail and I left a message. Fast forward to today and I cannot make another appointment until I pay for the one I canceled! I have never experienced such poor communication and customer service in a salon until now. Someone dropped the ball here and is blaming me the customer. I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

I feel really fortunate I got an appointment with David Perez yesterday. He brightened up my highlights and gave me a perfect root fade with a blowout and style in less then two hours. He is a true expert in color correction. If You need your hair color elevated quick book an appointment with David. The best color experience I’ve ever had.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Great experience at Cristophe Salon! Scott and Mackenzie got me in two days after I received a highlight job that I was really unhappy with. Scott took the time to do a full consult and find a solution that would leave me feeling so much better about my hair. Mackenzie fit me in that same afternoon and did an amazing job fixing my color. I left the salon much happier about my hair and very pleased by the customer service and sincere care I received.

I took my son here for a haircut with Melissa. He had a video of the haircut he wanted, Melissa totally ignore it and chopped four inches of his hair off without following any direction. When i asked her what happened she didn't even acknowledge me. I was hoping to get a Stylist at that price point. Same haircut could have been done by a barber for a fraction of the price. He is devastated as it will take months for his hair to grow back.

I finally have time to write a review about this horrible experience I was 8 months pregnant and mistreated by the owner of this place like I’ve never been in my entire life. I’ve been late a few times for personal very valid reasons and this man calls me losing his mind, I was very pregnant I cried and apologized plenty of times but he wouldn’t stop saying how bad I was to his business and he would never wanted to have clients like me, talking down to me saying pregnancy or any of my reasons are no excuse. I was driving when this conversation took place so I had to pull over because I balling my eyes out and this man had no mercy or compassion I should’ve hang up right away but I thought he would come to his senses and apologize to me. I have so many friends i recommended and they stopped going here after the saw what happened, none of them would support this kind of abuse. The best part is that he screamed at a vulnerable pregnant woman but when my husband called him he all the sudden acted like a normal person because he was talking to man. I have no words honestly I had never been treated this way by a man in my entire life! I wish this happened when I wasn’t pregnant because i would be able to think clearly and prob defended myself better but I was vulnerable very unprofessional rude and very abusive man.

Mackenzie is amazing with color, definitely recommend her. I am a hair colorist myself but as we all know it is impossible to do your own hair. She did an amazing job on my color, it blends beautifully & looks natural.

Just went here for the first time and had an excellent haircut with Eima. I told her I needed a haircut that is very easy to manage, as I don’t blow dry my hair and don’t use conditioner. She understood the assignment and cut it so that it naturally falls into place when I air dry it. She was careful, took her time, and discussed the cut with me as she moved through it. It was interactive and thoughtful. I’ll definitely go back next time I need a cut. Thanks again!Service: Haircut

This mama was way overdue for some hair love and Phillip went above and beyond to make sure I got back to feeling like ME again! Absolutely fell in love with Phillip, his beautiful work and the vibe of the salon. From beginning to end, it was perfection and so thankful I found my "person" after recently moving to SoCal.
