Customer service was great charity was very patient and helped me handle some issues with my account . She went out of her way & reached out to make sure it got handled five-star customer service thank you again .

Absolutely the best Bank I've ever banked at in 65 years of living in Newport Beach — not only is the service at the counter exemplary, but the Manager has a great attitude as well!!!

I travel between LA and OC and its definitely my favorite branch. John has a friendly, yet professional team. Very clean and has great music playing! ... Parking lot is a bit cramped but otherwise I love it!
