Darlene is awesome! I came in with an old Chicos card with credit of mine from 2014 and she was able to figure it out. The Chicos near me had long closed down

My mother loved this store. She passed away from Breast cancer but her closet full of Chico's. She was a classy beautiful woman. Chico's style is timeless and the wearability and quality are beyond anything new. Im sick of low quality throw away cheap clothing. Im a Chico's woman now also. Thanks Mom

A little boring, and so much linen? Anybody in love with ironing and the wrinkled look?

I love this store and how organized and easy to shop in it! The entire staff is wonderful and always eager to help if you need it! I am always happy to shop here in this Newport Beach location.

I went in today after speaking with Therese the night before in regards to jeans. Service was excellent. I think I will be back. Thank you.

Product is good but you have to find it yourself. Customer service is non existent. Don't care if there is a sale going on, the store should have enough staff to help everyone. No excuse for this store's negligence and delays.

First of all, i dont really enjoy shopping.. it always feels like a chore but I really liked how organized the store was so it was easy to peruse.. I was greeted right away by Melanie who looked like the quintessential chicos brand ambassador. Her outfit, hair and makeup looked like she stepped straight out of a chicos catalogue.. anddd she was so helpful! I let her know I needed new trendy tops but that they had to be lightweight & comfortable. She knew exactly what to show me and made my experience quick & painless. I left there with such a good vibe and will be returning again soon. Thank you, Melanie!

I love Chico's. Sometimes I go in to my local Chico's and can't find anything but I can always be assured that the lovely sales ladies are friendly and professional. Other times I go in and seriously could buy out the whole store particularly with 40% off. How good is that. I've recently lost 40 lb's and it's very difficult to alter clothes that big. So all I can say is "Thank Goodness for Chico's". I love you.

They don't honor Chicos email ads. They are too busy chatting with each other to help customers. Recommend shopping online rather than going to this location.

I was in this shopping center today and randomly popped in. Not 1 hello or acknowledgement despite a salesperson right by me. Horrible customer service. I will not come in again. I'll go peek at their sister company, White House Black Market. Much better customer service. I'm sure they will welcome my money.

Went in today to find something to wear for a very important job interview. Talked to Melanie and another salesperson about needing assistance. Melanie blew me off immediately, her colleague offered to help but hid behind the register instead. I would have been happy to "buy the place out" if I found the desired career wear, but instead had to find my own way around the store. Lots of people looking for jobs out there...these women were clueless and rude. I just moved from NY...the salespeople in NY were very knowledgeble and helful...guess I am just spoiled! Many thanks to Kathy, another salesperson at Chicos Corona Del Mar, who eventually came to my rescue. She was working much harder (than the other two) to accomodate Chico customers. She was incredibly helpful and kind.
