Came around 4:50 to open a CD account and put a pretty large sum .. there we were 6 emplyees roaming around, some on a cell phone, some just talking to each other, another came out with stacks of money and started counting on machine. I had to wait for a teller for some time to become available, so I could ask to open a cd account.. by then more time went by, and another employee Tarek came and said on we are closing soon and won’t have time to open and account for you. Try doing it online, he suggested.I’ve been a customer of Chase since it was Washington mutual, feels like service is just not there anymore, or maybe it’s just this branch. I can always take my money else where. This was a bummer.

What happened to the 10 minute grace period after 5pm?? I arrived at 5:01 and they couldn't take me in and said they were closed ?? Really ? I used to work for chase so I know it was a thing.

This review is for a banker by the name of Tarak. I had the pleasure of being helped by him last week and he was curteous and professional. I had a simple task that needed to be taken care and I was not able to get a lot of help from the 800 number I was calling. He took care of everything I needed quickly and professionally. He has given me confidence in Chase once again. I will be seeking him out directly should I need help in the future.

Mrs. Spencer, a teller at the time of my visit, was the sweetest lady I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at a bank. I also had found a pair of eye glasses in the parking lot after my visit and they gratefully took them into lost and found. This branch is outstanding at concierge service and will be recommending this branch to family and friend for the years to come. It just felt right if you know what I mean.

a pitiful bank. this branch is no better. all of the chase branches are the same dysfunctional and inept. they either dont care,dont know what they are doing, or are rude. they make promises and then dont deliver. they take no responsibility for their mistakes. they dont care about keeping and creating long term relationships. they are inconsistent and say one thing but do another. they have an attitude of entitlement. all of them and the employees. thats why they send out all of those coupon bonuses all the time to get business because they keep loosing business. they dont get it and never will. they are unorganized and poorly run. i closed my accounts today. i have had it with them. they talk to you with disrespect because they dont care about clients really. thats not their reason to serve and make good relationships. they hire the worst people in the branches. and terrible branch managers. this branch is no different. the branch manager barbara does not know how to talk to a client is untrained in professionalism. nothing new with chase. i wont go back ever. i went to citibank where they care and take care of their clients. citibank is the best. chase is like a revolving door bank. shame on chase. chase is like In and Out burger or MacDonalds a drive thru fast food bank. they do not deserve the business.

This location closes at 5pm. How does that help anyone? Please get in touch with reality and stay open later. Even 5:30pm would be better.

I came to do a withdraw which usually isn’t the fastest process but I had such an amazing experience with Greg. He was fast, professional, had great customer service, just a likable personality. He was so good I started coming back to the fashion island chase because of him. If you go to this bank make sure you ask for Greg!!!

Chase bank allowed someone else to open 2 fraudulent accounts in another state under my name with help of a bank employee (who is in on the fraud per admission of Fashion Island branch manager). The criminals were able to transfer $170,000 from my savings account to fraudulent accounts. I cought this within an hour and reported to Chase Fraud department. Chase employees are treating this as no big deal and no one is helping me to get my life savings back. Fraud department employees are incompetent, uncaring and unwilling to help. I have been with this bank over 10 years and I can not believe how they are treating me as a such major fraud victim. Do not keep even a penny here. Their processes allow for this type of fraud to proliferate and they have no system or desire in place to help fraud victims like myself.

The person who is in a picture is Barbara Spencer who has supper rude attitude with customer. As a old Chase bank customer, I will discontinue my work with Chase bank because of she and her tough management. She was eating a food when customer talked to her. She just standing front desk , but she didn't call customers who wait long time in a line. Shame on Chase bank to have manager like her

I just tried to pay down my girlfriends credit card I had cash they asked for my ID I gave him ID they asked for a bank I told him that I bank with Orange County teachers Federal credit Union since I was 15 as my mother is a teacher they wouldn't accept cash can you imagine a bank that does not accept cash paying a bill off absolutely astonishing making America weak again
