I have been a Chase customer for 25 years. Chase had my email address and phone number, but failed to notify me that one of my lesser-used cards had a $32.96 unpaid balance. That card had a $20,000.00 limit. Because Chase did not update my mailing address when I moved, and chose not to call, text, or email me despite having all three methods to reach me, I lost 140 points on my credit score, Chase took all of my Sky Miles, and canceled my credit card, which I'd never been late on in 15 years. I'd have expected more after 25 years as a customer. Choosing to ruin my credit and multiple-decade banking relationship over a $32.96 balance on a $20,000.00 credit line without so much as an email or telephone call? Chase's "Credit Bureau Liaison" confirmed that "it's not Chase's policy to email, text, or call if a payment is late." Wow. Words cannot express how negatively I now feel about Chase. I won't be shy about sharing my experience with everyone I know, so they can avoid vesting decades of good faith doing business with a company that would handle a situation like this so poorly.

I bank with chase in Newport Beach on Santa Barbara . Xavier called me today to check In me during the corona virus. Really, when was the last time your banker called to check on you. I am an average guy., no million dollar deposit. Chase bank is awesome

As a business owner, I am very disappointed that Chase has not been on the forefront of setting up the SBA process. All of the government assistance programs are ready. And Chase has not been able to accommodate the application process! This is going to hurt millions of businesses that put their trust in Chase Bank. I can guarantee you, that my multiple business accounts will be removed and put into another bank shortly. This is irresponsible, and just flat out bad business! The payroll protection program is ready to go, and your bank is behind all of the other bags on their ability to process the loan applications. This is crisis time, and Chase failed!

I opened an account with Shayna this morning. It was such an effortless and pleasant experience! Shayna is incredibly personable, kind, and knowledgeable. If you are opening a new account I highly recommend that you work with her. She is a fantastic representation of Chase at the Fashion Island location.

Horrible customer service! Have been a biz banking customer for 5+ years with north of 15M in deposits and the way this branch, particularly “Justin” handles customer service and interaction is appalling! I had my accounts frozen, canceled and was kicked to the curb by chase bank! Do not do business here!

Horrible customer service ! Have been a biz banking customer for 5+ years with north of 15M in deposits, and the way this branch (Justin in particular) handles customer service is comparable to an unscrupulous used car lot! I am absolutely appalled at the way acting manager Justin feels it's acceptable to talk to a customer.

My daughter and I have been banking with Chase for years in good standing on all of our accounts. I opened a business account and was conducting my business in the legal manner I follow when my credit card was frozen and shut down without a call or question. My business account is set to close and I was not told whatsoever until I found out at the branch. My daughter is a signer on my business account for emergencies and her two credit cards in good standing were shut down. I have to do reports and account for all of my business transactions. I have to balance my records exact to incoming and outgoing transactions. I follow all federal and state laws. I tried to talk with several people and one rep said I don't have to tell you anything. I was well then now the true color of the Pro Chase attitude I have is being shown in such disrespect from Compliance. I have supported all of Chase and this is my thanks a basic screw you account holder. Chase wake up. This is unacceptable and my attorney is already aware. I work with some of the wealthiest people in the world and they are astounded by the behavior of Chase. I am welcome when I bring my money in but not welcome to discuss or resolve a matter. I escalated the issue. I will file all necessary legal complaints. And, I am owed an apology with a new account and credit card as well as my daughter to receive her credit cards back. If refusal for credit occurs because of lower score and financial loss happens do to the closures I will take the matter in front of a judge. This is wrong. I am an honest upstanding human existence as so is my daughter. We treated and treat Chase well. We should receive the same treatment in return.

I first met Justin Beerman, the personal banker at Chase Bank in Fashion Island when I opened a checking account. Justin has always provided me with personable, polite, and superior customer service. He is prompt at answering any questions I may have and goes out of his way to make me feel welcome. For example, when he knew that we were planning for a trip to Europe, he called us to find out if we needed any euros. It's this kind of personal and thoughtful service that sets Justin Beerman apart from any other bankers. I have been with Bank of America in Long Beach since 1984 and have not gotten this kind of service. That is the reason why I am closing down my Bank of America's account and transferring to Chase Bank on Newport Center Dr.in Newport Beach. Justin Beerman gets a well-deserved five stars!
