Customer service can't get any worse than this.Shopped at men's department on 7/29/2023, overall pleasant experience. Problem happened when I asked about an availability of one T-shirt. They didn't have it on hand but they said they can ship it to me so I paid for the item and ordered for shipment. Few days later I didn't get any update for shipment so I called, they said it will ship with in 24-48 hours. 2 days later, I called with no update, and they said the order has been cancelled because it went out if stock. I didn't get any notification of that before I called, but I said okay and asked for a refund. They said only the department I placed an order with can process the refund, they redirected me to them, no one answered, so they said someone will call me back. I called literally everyday since because no one would give me a return call, and each time I call they say the same thing. Someone will call you back. Today is 8/14, they told me the order has been cancelled on 8/4. Since then, I've been calling everyday just to get a refund for an item that has been cancelled. I never had to call multiple times begging for a refund. In-store shopping experience has been good, but they need to fix this ridiculous order/refund system.

Super disappointed, I had a horrible experience. I was buying 8 bags yes 8 bags. 6 Christian louboutin bags and two dolce and Gabbana bags. Lucas was awful. He told me it was a nightmare to get me bags. Who says that? I am spending $5,000 and you are telling me it is hard for you to do your job? What a joke! The entire experience was awful. I am never buying from this store again. He charged my card too many times and it said fraud alert and he couldn't find three of the bags but then did again. He is so unorganized. I decided to not get three of the 8 bags because of him. They still charged me for an extra one. I had to call to have it taken off. It gets worse I don't know how. I can't even make this up! I get a bag with a huge scratch on it and I have to keep it because it's final sale. Can you believe they made me keep a bag with a huge scratch? I added the photos. You can clearly see how rude he was to me and I was not rude back. I do not treat people that way. You can see the scratches on the bag. I called they wouldn't help me to return. Horrible horrible horrible. Anyone seeing this review and the photos will clearly side with me. I am not one to enjoy writing negative reviews. Hopefully this will help them open their eyes to make changes. I will never understand how someone that is supposed to help is rude. Also the dolce and Gabbana I received was the wrong size. I could not return either. What a mess. He blocked me from Instagram when he was the one that was rude to me! Do not shop with him or this location. Getting bags is not rocket science! If he hates his job so much he should quit. There are plenty of places that would love my $5k! Don't shop here. He is not a nice person at all. I would of spent even more money if he was nice. Also he rants on Instagram and is so unprofessional. He clearly was poking at me and he should be ashamed of himself. He sells bags. This isn't that serious. I was nice the entire time. I don't know what his problem is.

In the 1950s, Neiman Marcus began selling jewelry and cosmetics and introduced the first designer ready-to-wear collections from labels such as Givenchy, Christian Dior, and Yves Saint Laurent. I have been a Neiman's customer for decades with such superior merchandise and customer service provided always. I was recently invited to an Amouage event .I was very shocked by a rude and very unprofessionally dressed with an open cleavage employee named maybe Robi not sure. . She showed me Amouage's perfumes while she was using street slang and offensive language that was making me very uncomfortable while I also heard her and another employee bad mouthing someone named (Mona) I just couldn't wait to get out of there she was pushy I just felt so awkward. That was not what I expected from Neiman's. I will be shopping in Beverly Hills from now on for my fragrances not to be in that kind of environment

I love coming here! It really feels that more and more consumers are pushed to online shopping versus in-store experiences, but we forget that nothing beats in-person experience especially when done right!NM is a place that reminds us why coming into a store is actually a treat! The ambassadors are so dedicated in providing excellent service. I've worked with Ms.Libby D and she is fabulous! The store is clean, organized, and enjoyable. It's a breath of fresh air to receive professional, respectful, and courteous interaction!

The nearly bald older gentleman in Men's Clothing is in my top 3 list of worst customer service individuals I have ever dealt with in my life. Your manager will certainly be hearing about the disrespectful way you talk to customers.

The workers here are extremely helpful. I ordered a bunch of stuff online and unfortunately I had to return them. But making returns in store was a breeze. There's also a ton of parking which is a bonus. I don't come to this location very often but whenever I do I'm always greeted with a smile

Hours say open until 7. They already blocked off the entrance and had a closed sign by 6:30. There were at least 3 associates standing around talking and only 1 customer inside.

This NM at FI in NB is a 5 star experience!! Every sales person on the floor is ready to help and extremely knowledgeable about their products! It's experiential and sublime retail euphoria!! Our perfume maven special ordered my FAVE scent that I haven't been able to find since Barney's in NYC. It's sitting outside my door while I'm in Burbank until tomorrow. Please don't steal it!! I need to smell this amazing scent when I get home tomorrow!!
