The arrangement was beautiful and matched the advertised picture quite well. It was delivered on time and instructions for the gated community were followed. I received a heartfelt thank you from the recipient who said they were absolutely gorgeous.

I paid $77 for a lovely basket of pink azaleas to surprise a friend. However, I had to call the owner to inquire about the delivery, as I did not receive any email or text confirmation. I had to find out through my friend that the flowers she received were not the ones I ordered for her. I then called the owner where she told me those specific ones are out of season, and the owner had just substituted them with Flamingo Lilies, which aren't even listed on the website. I understand the need for seasonal changes in floral arrangements, but please notify your clients in advance if such changes are planned. I would have been willing to pay more for an alternative arrangement.

I ordered a bouquet online last minute on Sunday night and they were so on top of it on Monday. They called to find out what time I was picking it up and even accommodated for me since I had work and wasn’t sure I was going to pick it up in time. So kind, and the flowers looked just like the ones online, which I will say never happens with any florist I’ve ordered from. The flowers are SO beautiful! Great experience!

Beautiful flowers, very reasonable prices, and friendly service. They also have beautiful pre-made arrangements if you need a quick gift. I love how their florist arranged my flower. She is really creative and talented. The style wrapping was so elegant and classy. I got astounded by the gorgeous flowers they had. They had all types of flowers that you could choose from.

Don't waste your money!! Here is what was I ordered via their website and what actually arrived. This is what $86 will buy you. It looks as though they just randomly threw everything into a vase. Where is the design? Where are all the beautiful orchids? I contacted the store and their response was "sorry". They didn't care and now they have stopped responding to me altogether. No offer to rectify or refund anything. Amazed they are still in business with this level of customer service and quality!

I bought a floral arrangement via the picture on their website. The floral arrangement that arrived looked a bit different and smaller. My recipient was of course still happy with the surprise floral arrangement as anyone would be, but I was disappointed as it didn't look as nice or as big as the photo online.
