What happened to Nordstrom experience?Went by to grab one of my favorite coffee‘s, customer service was terrible walked in and didn’t get greeted. I ordered an almond croissant and I asked the girl to get me a fresh one from the back because I did not want mine to be the display. Nor did I want it to be stale and I think that might’ve rubbed the cashier the wrong way, I mean I don’t know why. So she still gave me the display one. She was very dismissive of me. Rude. Anyway she burned it and still try to give it to me. After I took it out to look at it and the other barista that was there he was a nice guy was like “oh wow” and changed it for me. The New croissant was decent still hard and stale but I appreciate the effort. He apologized but the other girl did not. She just laughed in the background with her colleague. Shame.

Ebar is always my go to!!! The staff is so personable especially the barista Madz! Im very complicated with my orders and she is always so patient and kind. She even recommends some of her "Madz specials" I love ebar and the constant impeccable customer service! Thank you so much to Madz and a few shout outs to Zander, leticia, Derek and Alex! Thank you so much ebar for making my coffee trips so great!

Xander and Alex this morning were lovely. My new friend Xander and I both have Mickey tattoos! I mean, what are the odds! I didn't know what I wanted but I described my perfect coffee and he made it for me. I love it. We need more Xander's in the world. Alex was very generous with the cream, and made our drinks perfectly. He was very attentive to my mom, to make sure her coffee was to her exact preferences and asked if she needed anything else. The cream was poured on her own, from a new sanitary espresso shot cup. They are handling COVID very well at this location. Very clean, and even better, very friendly. Good people. Appreciate you both and have a lovely day!

This review is not for the coffee, or the service of Nordstrom stores as a whole, but for the service of their employees at the Ebar. It's really disappointing that their coffee shop employs people that represent the complete opposite of what Nordstrom's customer service standard is. I work across the street from fashion island and I frequent their ebar on a weekly basis. 9 out of 10 times I have an unpleasant experience with their employees, namely Mads. She is very unfriendly and makes you feel like a burden for ordering a customized drink, or anything that requires effort. I know that this is not the nordstrom way and I don't think her attitude is a good depiction of "the customer comes first" mentality. I've been in on multiple occasions where she's rolled her eyes after someone's order or made someone feel dumb for asking questions or recommendations on the menu. Do better Nordstrom- the service industry is tough, I get it! But customers keep your business alive

There are many coffee joints in Fashion Island but if I really think about it, I'd much prefer to just come here. They always make a perfect decaf americano with sugar-free vanilla and I always get what I want fairly quickly. Plus it's easy access when I'm shopping at Nordy's or more importantly AFTER I've shopped and am now in need for a pick me up. There's nothing like heading out the doors and making a sharp right into the Ebar and then taking the coffee out into the mall...it's super cute right there and it's not uncommon for them to have a performer right there. Prices and service are consistent and good. I'm a total fan. Will be back!

I have to say I'm a huge fan now! They have a sugar free almond which is soo rare to find! So it's now my favorite place for an almond latte, sugar free! Definitely worth trying! Prices seem a tad cheaper than Starbucks as well and less crowded!

Beautiful patio and view. Awesome food and service. Not from the area but always make it a point to stop here on the way home. Love love love. The manager is very sweet and made sure I was taken care of because she recognized me lol. All around great place to eat and shop. I'll be back soon.... actually Friday!!

Peeing is optional- esp. if you are a guy! Be sure to ask for trek pole loaners. NO restroom in the restaurant. The women's bathroom is on the first floor of Nordstrom's- a convenient 46 miles from the restaurant. The men's room is on the second floor just 6,000 miles from the restaurant. I am disabled in 1 foot and the journey to relieve myself was painful. DISABLED CUSTOMERS WELCOME AT YOUR OWN RISK. PLEASE PEE BEFORE BEING SEAT. If you are a Nordstroms frequent flier ask if can be pushed up a tier after hiking to the bathroom and back as a reward.

This by far one of my favorite lunch spots. Not only do they have a killer patio but they have a great wine list to go with it. Food was too notch and service was perfect.
