For far the worst management, almost everyone working here are lazy, always trying to avoid help walk-in customers, pretending they are busy waiting for an appointment. Most ridiculous bank, horrible customer service.

They must have really turned it around here since the latest reviews. While they did seem a bit under staffed still and the line was long, Jorge provided efficient, friendly and professional customer service! Thank you Jorge!

Worst Bank of America branch I have ever been. Not only the teller makes a major mistake, her attitude was disgusting as well as all the bank managers.Anyone can make a mistakes, but the important part is how you fix the mistake.I was told to call customer service to reverse a transaction that was made by the teller.Everyone was useless at this branch, I was told that the transaction would be reverse in a couple of days, I am still making phone calls and it is taking me hours on the phone to fix the problem. When I call the branch, they put it on hold for a long period to hung up on me, ridiculous.

This was my first experience going into Bank Of America. I truly hope there's not another brand like this one. The tellers are not friendly. Could barely hear them talk to me through the plexiglass. I asked a simple question about rewards & ALL three tellers at the counter were saying different things at the same time. It was super overwhelming & unprofessional. The lack of customer care is alarming & I hope the management can figure this issue out. Please treat your customers better!

I have been a customer of Bank of America Westcliff for over 30 years with multiple personal accounts and over 12 years with Multiple Business accounts. The customer service and loyatly has been on a decline for several years and has become deplorable. The branch manager is not helpful and the small business manager is unresponsive. I have emailed and called and never heard back. I call the small business and personal help telephone numbers and receive the same scritped response.I had a business account for over 12 years with NO check every returned and a teller in Florida cashed a fraudulent check late 2022 which required me to open a new business account. I’m told by the banks representatives online that they put a hold on my business checks. I’m receiving no benefit or loyalty for having a business account for over 12 years and a customer for over 30 years. The previous bank account never had a check returned. Apparently, this is the new policy with regards to paper checks. Not every company has transtioned to electronic payments. If you are a small business looking for any personal service and loyalty , this is not the bank.

Terribly ran bank. Always a line at the teller, there's only 1 teller in the morning, and they are counting their til. Meanwhile 15 people standing for a long period of time, growing impatient. It's incredible how they don't show up before the open hours to do that, or even know the traffic flow of their own bank. Every morning, they are busy, and every morning there's one teller, and no one else ready. It's always this way. I have to come here for business deposits every week, and every week, it's the same story. If you have a choice, go to ANY other location. This location is not worth the time you'll waste.

So disrespectful to my time. I wanted to order euro. They told me to do that online. I tried, but system didn't work at that moment. I step to the window, and waited for help. That was end of the day, Jolnar finished to help another costumer, and stated to organize her desk, I waited, few minutes later I asked her to help me, because she looked to me and ignored. She tried for one moment, to show direction online, but that didn't work. Then she told me she can order money for next day, and scheduled me an appointment. Next day, I drove to the office over 10 miles, but they told me I have to make an order online, and return back in another day. I asked manager, why they scheduled me an appointment, he said "I don't know, that was her, not me. Sorry "

Horribly managed branch. Between business and personal accounts I've got 10 accounts at this location. Wanted to do a simple transaction involving cash. Waited in love for teller for 10 minutes, then told needed to talk to an associate. None available for 15 minutes (no one else in branch). So, made an appointment for 25 minutes later. Showed up 10 mins early, waited for 20 minutes then, after talking to supervisor, told would be another half hour. Supervisor says "sorry, go to another branch". Unbelievable!

I have had my bank account completely wiped out of my hard earned money twice this year with fraudulent activity. Bank of America is totally understaffed and has not only allowed people to steal from me but has also been completely rude, unavailable and awful when it comes to recovering my money. I've spent countless hours for months on the phone and at branch locations trying to get this sorted out and have been dealt with as if I'm an inconvenience when everything I have has been stolen from me and easily handed over to thieves by this bank twice. Worst bank ever.

One woman working with a line of 10+ people..horrible bank..can't believe people actually bank at BofA these days. I have to come in to withdraw money from my EDD card and every single time there is one very slow teller and a huge line..I just don't understand..other banks aren't like this..

Bank Of America has consistently decrease their service levels. This branch has one person to cover any teller activity. GET MORE PEOPLE
