This store is horrible, 3 employees, 4 customers and I was the 4th customer but it took 20 minutes to wait just to pay my prepaid bill. SMH

Purpose was to upgrade our phones to the Z Fold 5, change plans, get 2 Samsung watches. The rep immediately helped us when we arrived, she was friendly and super knowlegable. For that complex transaction we were in and out in under an hour.

Where do I begin? First of all, DO NOT waste your time here. AT&T corporate should be clear that the customer service in this location is far below what I would expect of corporate standards at an authorized retailer. EPIC CUSTOMER SERVICE FAILURE. 1) I showed up today at 10am after checking the store hours on Yelp which state a 10am opening. Apparently, the store opens at 11am. I waited because I was in the market for a new iPhone 14 Pro Max. I have been a loyal AT&T customer for over two decades. 2) While I was waiting I called the store to see if hours where available by phone. They were not. I tried to make a one-on-one private appointment as suggested on the voice recording, and I found that the website was not secure and blocked by my AT&T mobile security. Another problem. I have already suggested the edit on Yelp. 3) At just minutes before 11am, I opened the door and entered because I saw the employee was seated at the desk. There were no store hours posted, so I thought maybe she was late to open. She quickly and curtly informed me they were closed. Just a suggestion, you might consider keeping the door locked until opening so as not to confuse customers who are able to enter. I waited outside the door for 3 minutes while I waited for her to allow me to enter. 4) She opened the door without a greeting or an apology. She was exceptionally rude and simply asked what she could do for me. Isn't it just common courtesy to greet your first customer of the day let alone a best business practice?5) I could see that she was uninterested in making a sale let alone a customer connection of any type when she quickly SWIPED THE NAME BADGE OFF OF HER SHIRT and held it under the counter!!!! Are you serious??? I asked for her name multiple times, and she vehemently refused to give it to me. She was the only employee in the store, so it won't be too hard for management to determine who opened on Sunday, April 2. 6) I let her know that her store hours in Yelp were incorrect, and she said it wasn't her fault followed by the smart remark, "Show me." WHAT?! I mean this is a phone store, she should have been able to pull out her own phone to check it if she needed verification. More importantly, she should have simply acknowledged the error and apologized. Again, this is shocking unprofessional customer service on display. Although I have never personally seen AT&T's onboarding manual, but this employee missed customer service and sales page 1 best business practices. 7) Since she was not going to help me, I asked for the name of her manager. Initially, she would not give that name to me and told me that I could call her at the store in the morning. This is not a conversation I want to have over the phone. She reluctantly gave me Brenda's name. Brenda has helped me in the past was very helpful, very courteous and very interested in my business. 8) I told this unnamed employee that I was interested in purchasing a new phone. She proceeded to tell me she couldn't sell me a anything because she was locked out of the safe. After realizing that I was getting nowhere with this unnamed employee who clearly knew she was in the wrong, I went to a corporate AT&T store to get the help I needed. The service at the 17th Street location in Costa Mesa was exceptional.9) Camila was the employee.

I highly recommend this store! The service provided is truly amazing. Brenda stepped up to fix my phone issues when even the Apple Store (after spending 3 hours there) was unable to. Wow! Thank you Brenda and this AT&T store!

Best experience ever at a cellular store. Brenda— everyone— was knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and kind. It was a team effort to get all my issues resolved while I was at the store. I’m so grateful I switched to AT&T!

Stopped by today with a phone issue. Super professional assistant on a shift was very helpful and tried Her best. It was definitely my best experience out of all AT&T stores I’ve ever ben before.

I give this store one star only because I don't know how to give none. I bought a new iPhone for my wife. It will not pair & transfer data from her old phone. I took them both back to the store 30 minutes later, and asked for help. I was told "It's yours now, take it up with Apple." I asked to speak to the manager. The guy said he was the manager, and I'm on my own: 'Try the Apple Store, maybe they can help. It's yours now, we're done.'I called AT&T customer service. They said this store is a franchise, they have no control over the quality of service, or lack thereof. As a finishing touch, and not their fault, while I was in the store, my car got hit. I would recommend virtually any cellphone store over this one. I just spent $1200 on a phone that is a paper weight.

Fantastic service! I didn't really want a new phone, but I needed one. Brenda was amazing. She answered all my questions and the process was simple. She was so helpful! I will go back here every time I need an new device or help with my service or plan. Thank you, Brenda!

THIS IS NOT A TRUE ATT STORE! THIS IS A THIRD PARTY SELLER OF ATT OWNED BY PRIME COMMUNICATIONS! Do not expect true ATT customer service. Brenda the manager sold me a phone and did not check to see if I had phone service and gave me a sheet on how to transfer data on my own. When I got home, I could not receive or make calls. I went back to the store 30 minutes later, and Fernando gave me nonstop excuses why he couldn't help me from : 1. "Why does this always happen to me when I have to close?" 2. "When did you buy this phone?" Excuse me, but you were sitting here next to Brenda one hour ago when I bought it.3." Brenda will fire me if I call her again."4. " You have to go to the ATT store in Costa Mesa for help since I can't help you"I asked him to call the ATT store in Costa Mesa to ensure that they could help and he said he can only call tech support but tech support is closed.5. At this point I am upset since they know I need to take calls since I am a physician and I ask him to call his manager again and he gives a new excuse of "Brenda is at the emergency room at a hospital"6. Best excuse of all, " I need to go or I will miss my bus."Clearly, he was completely disinterested in helping me knowing full well that I need to be accessible by phone for patients.Prime Communications is ultimately to blame for misleading customers that they are a true ATT branch and for having employees who are clearly disinterested in helping past the point of sale. Prime Communications should not masquerade as a true ATT branch since they sully the reputation of ATT.
