So if you are trying to reach the AAA office in Newport Beach on the phone---you are going to very aggravated . At 9:30 am you will get a recording saying they are busy please leave a message and they will get back to you and they do not. However, if you go into the office the ladies are wonderful a 5++. As a senior they were more than helpful from making sure I went in the right door, assisting with my registration. Wow these ladies are like wonder women. They are over the top helpful. Best advice don't call just go in.

They damaged the lower front end of my luxury vehicle after I warned the tow driver not to proceed. The lower under front bumper was severely damaged by the tow truck driver.

Worst travel planning experience with this office, I booked hotel rooms for a trip across the country, moving out of state and the agents at this office were to lazy to look up my scheduled reservations and just picked random hotels for my triptik!!! I arrived at 4am to the wrong hotel with no reservation after being up for 21 hours!!! Lazy unprofessional travel agents!!!My final destination was my new home but again they just picked a random hotel in the city ... don’t even get me started on how difficult it was fir me to get the triptik in the first place !! Took 3 days and numerous phone calls and they still could not do their job.

They are unable to assist and gave misinformation. Then were rude when I returned for a second time. Disappointed as I have been a member off and on since I was 16.

The service traffic is smooth and orderly. I was apprehensive because of Covid and you cannot make an appointment, but I was pleasantly shocked that it is not necessary, I was in and gone within about 15 minutes for plate sticker. Great branch.

I was in and out in 5 minutes. Dianne was very helpful and sweet. I arrived at 9:00am and was out by 9:05. Very friendly staff.

I would have given this AAA 10 stars. They went above and beyond for me. Dealing with Covid like everyone is in our country, AAA kept it together and showed there true colors today. Great place, relieved a lot of stress for me.

I love AAA i have had their auto recovery and their auto insurance for about forever! They are a great organization. I ke going their to register my vehicles too! It is way better than going to the DMV!

They used to be great to work with. Now has become a total pain in the butt. They are the opposite of customer focused. I first called to see if I were to switch my automotive insurance to bundle with my homeowners insurance if that would save me some money. The guy I dealt with was a pushy sales person. He first gave me a quote that said actual amount might vary in small print. He pressed hard for me to switch. I asked him for the exact numbers and then he asked me for more information which took about three minutes and then he gave me a much higher quote. Very frustrated how pushy and unhelpful he was. Then I got calls from multiple people from their office trying to pressure me Even though the quote was higher than what I was paying before. I had to tell each of them no I don't want it and stop bothering me. Finally, after that bad experience, I decided to get a quote elsewhere for my homeowners insurance. I read online that a company called Lemonade had very good ratings. They were unbelievably easy to work with. In only about five minutes I got a quote that was 40% less per year than I was paying from AAA. I switched over and lemonade said they would handle notifying AAA. After two weeks, AAA had not yet canceled me and refund the remaining amount not used in my policy. I left him a message online inquiring and did not receive a response for two days. I called them waited on hold for quite a while and then they told me they don't take cancellation requests from the new company. Lemonade said most companies do. Yet another example of why AAA is not customer focused. If AAA doesn't get their act together, new insurance companies are going to start treating people the right way And will earn our business away from them.
