Today is Friday October 20 2023 At 8:50am I walked inside to buy a coffee. The coffee was cold, so I asked the lady nicely I was like which one of they have hot coffee. She told me all of you come in saying the coffee is cold she was so rude to me. I was going through the cup at her and thanks God I didn’t. I hold my temperature.

Based off all the low reviews for this location, I think people need to lower their expectations for a 7-Eleven. I went to buy a soda and a snack, and they had my soda and a snack - that's all I'm hoping for at a convenience store. The cashier promptly rang me up. Everything went as expected.

Scary when the cashier is insane derelict & screaming at me !!! This was because I demanded a paper dish to hold a microwaved burrito. He told me to cook the burrito at home ! Or use a napkin. He was screaming at me !!!! I was astonished!!! I used a napkin & the burrito was dripping filling all over the inside of the microwave . It was truly a nightmare! Pls avoid this store!! The cashier was a short , homely Philippino or Latin guy in his 30s.

I buy cigarettes almost every day at 711 On Mccarthur in Newport Today is April 1st 9AM 2nd time this lady this lady don't know her name that's why I'm giving you time and dateTry to overcharge me for pack of lucky strikes which I buy almost every other day from your store she tried to charge Me $8.45 when I know cause I only pay $7.45 45 cents Something needs to be done because I think she's Robin customers thank you

Just got in my car from this location after buying a couple snacks. The guy tries to lie to me and up charge me then sees the sign advertising the special and complains he doesn't know how to give me the deal and makes a big deal of me not wanting to pay an extra couple bucks. Dude is not chill.

Avoid this location if you can. Some of the rudest staff I've ever come across. I'm not sure her name, but the lady working the mornings can't even respond to a simple good morning.

I went in this morning with my own coffee mug, offered to pay for the largest cup which was bigger than my mug and was told I can't fill my mug...I have to fill their cup, take it outside and pour into my coffee mug. Waste of time and a cup!! Company policy or not, you want one more cup in landfills because of company policy, I won't go to that location ever again!!
