My first time putting a grill from them. It will not be my last. The store has a nice range of selection and is all priced where it should be.
The customer service was exceptional. They helped me over the phone with all my annoying questions and then the same level when I finally came into the store.
When I am ready to add a smoker, I’ll be back!

This review is for Saul at bbq galore Valencia. He communicates well and helped me pick the right parts. The installation team were also very efficient. The schedulers however were awful. They need to communicate better. They never answer the phone when you call them but since Saul did such a great job I didn’t want to give a bad rating. Thanks Saul

Store is good but in general bbq galore stops supporting equipment in about 5 years so if you plan to repair your $4000 purchase you may be out of luck unless it’s a oem part.

I want to give a shout out Saul over in the Valencia BBQGalore store. I went to check out BBQ's a couple months ago. I was interested in possibly getting prefabricated BBQ island for a backyard remodel we're doing. Not only did he help me with the equipment but he helped design a bad ass island over multiple visits. He also helped me save at least $1500 on the granite fabrication for the island itself. Saul was patient, kind and just provided me with top notch customer service. I would go out of my way to go see him and his team in the Valencia store. If you have any BBQ needs, go check these guys out. Thank you for all your help and we can't wait to get the island when its ready.

We purchased our grille here when we built our outdoor island over 15 years ago. When we recently went to buy a new one, the model we previously had didn't exist anymore. We were having a hard time finding a grille that would fit our existing dimensions & with the help of Scott & Sal they researched their inventory & found one that fit & even had a contact person help us install it.

I give a 2 star. Cool store, wish I had one in my home town, seems how I live 2hrs away. The customer service is a big joke! All the guy wanted is my money, and me to hurry up and leave. Terrible terrible service, will never be back to this location! True money pig working there!

The team at this store has been awesome over the years! Bought a GMG pellet smoker with them years ago, then this past year they helped me get a whole new Green Egg setup. Awesome advice and a huge help to get me started. After a freak issue, they officially went above and beyond to partner with Green Egg so that I can get a new setup. They always have great advice and are truly looking to help customers in any way they can. They had my business before, but they will have my full recommendation to any friends or family in the future. Thanks Saul and the entire crew in Stevenson Ranch!!!!

This store staff disrespected me from the moment I walked in. Most of the staff was on their phones and did not even greet me. Then, above all, the employee of the month, Scott, had the audacity to rudely dismiss me. I asked for a grill that was clearly there, and he acted as if he did not see it. Looking back, I'm happy I did not purchase any of their grills, which had cobwebs and stains on them. They are really bad at maintaining things, including their customer service. When I walked out, no one showed the expected politeness when you leave the door. In my long experience of customer service, I have never been treated so rudely. If you don't want to waste your time, I suggest you steer clear of the filthy establishment. They don't deserve your attention. By the way, I only gave them one star because that is the minimum you need to post a review.

Came in looking for a Napoleon grill. The manager of this store gave me an amazing deal on a Napoleon Prestige 500. A few days later the grill was in and ready for pickup. Couldn't be happier with their service and price. I will be coming back for future purchases.

Would never use them again. Went to buy a smoker & pizza oven. We live 1 hour away, but we wanted to go what we thought would know the most about pellet grills & pizza ovens.1st, none of the employees are wearing masks, even though sign says to. We were.Next bought the Ooni Koda Pizza oven, (and a GMG smoker & attachments) asked if it was on sale, was told no, but if it went on sale, within 30 days, we would get the sale price and the extra refunded. Well a few days later, looked at website & sure enough, it's $120. lower! So called and talked to the manager Saul and he said we have to come back down there and get the refund, and it could only be when he is there. Very rude and said it's not his fault that we live so far away. Yes I guess it's ours that we didn't go with a better & more reputable company.Said he could give gift certificate, but we had to come there to get it and he couldn't promise it would be there if we didn't get it this weekend. {it's Memorial Day Weekend, and really didn't want to be on the road for a holiday, and he was off work Sun & Mon, and only working till 2pm on Sat}Would not accommodate at all. Would not send gift certificate in mail or anything. Just too bad for you.Very poor service and management! Even thought their website says price guarantee for 30 days, don't believe them.Will never buy from them again! Go elsewhere!!!!!
