“I visit this location because it’s close by, but between this store and the two others in Newbury Park, you might have enough shelf inventory to stock one store properly. Maybe a lightbulb will turn on in management’s head and inspire it to close the abysmal Reino store, so that the other two locations can thrive. Kudos to Daniel and Jim in the Newbury Road store who make trips to this neglected venue worthwhile.”
“Been going here for years and years and years,Out of all pharmacies this one consistently has stock and provides great customer service.Reading some of these one star reviews, I do not understand. Maybe protection is all in their world.But this location consistently gives exceptional customer service for a local chain pharmacy And unfortunately I go here much too often then I would like.So to the staff at this location. Kudos to you. Don't listen to these negative reviews from others .Maybe they had a bad day.”

“Hands down the best service I have ever received from any company anywhere. My life is crazy and managing prescriptions, tracking refills, standing in line at the pharmacy etc is not only a hassle but I dot have town for that. Regency texts me updates, confirmed refills and lets me know when they are on their way. Shipping is ridiculously fast. I cannot say enough about them. They are the best most favorite vendor and I will sing their praises to anyone who wants to hear. I will never ever ever go anywhere else for medications. Never.”
