Came in for an exchange on a gift wedding we had received. We had no receipt because it was a gift, we asked several employees for help. The men's fragrance employee a tempted to help us but there was no management on duty so we went to customer service on 2nd floor, they sent us back downstairs to women's fragrances to manpreet because they told us she could override it. Manpreet was very rude and didn't even bother to try, she just nodded rudely and said no. Very discouraging and will not be shopping at this store any more. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have never received such service.

I visited the Macy's in New Park Mall to purchase shoes. A quick walk through and it was clean, neat and quiet. No clothes all over the floor, and everything in it's place. This location is immaculate compared to the Eastridge location which is a horrible mess!

The Macy's return policy is terrible! They limit returns to 30 days. This makes it difficult when one buys a gift for an out-of-town relative and it doesn't fit. It takes time to send the item back and forth. I will not shop here in the future.

I like clothing and shoes department. Not to mention they always have short staff at the shoe department. But the staff is nice, specially Poppy and one Punjabi lady. My complain is about the cosmetics department on first floor at the Macy's. The reps are rude and ignorant. They don't have knowledge about the products and for some reason talk rude except Mac. They definitely need more training about the products and some politeness talking to customers. Other than that, Macy's is good place to shop

Customer service does not happen nere. The mall is completely dead, so the benefit is you can shop without a rush, but the staff at Macy's itself are like zombies
