If only you could give negative stars, this company sure has earned it. I purchased a car from Elya Motors in June of 2023 and have still not received the title, license plate, or registration tags despite being assured by the owner Yazan that they’d be coming in the mail. I waited almost a year to leave this review in the hopes that the situation would be resolved in a professional manner, however it hasn’t and I feel the need to warn others so they don’t experience the same issues. Yazan sold me a car without a title and then proceeded to lie to me over and over again, followed by him blocking our phone number and now his website is down too. I absolutely urge you to buy a car from literally anyone else unless you also want to deal with a years worth of stress and issues. I type this as I sit in DMV trying to sort this title/reg problem out (for the 3rd time) since Yazan offers no more than half truths and has now completely ghosted the entire situation. I’ll end on this: You know somethings fishy and messed up when even the DMV manager is shaking her head in confusion.
In response to the owners reply: I just got home from the DMV and they said it was done incorrectly. About a week ago I received a packet of documents you sent DMV and they asked ME to provide proof of purchase from the auction. Had I not spent the last 2 days at the DMV the temporary reg on the car would have expired tomorrow and I’d have been back to driving it illegally (like I had to when the first temporary reg you gave me expired). The burden of proof was left in my lap, it never should have been and it was unprofessional for that to happen.

Yaz was super helpful and kind! Super informative of the vehicle. I was looking to purchase over text. When I came down the next day? He already had it pulled out and waiting for me to take a look at/test drive.Super honest and a great guy, Super great company, they do only take cash. No financing, but you will get a good deal regardless, so it's worth it if you are looking for something in all cash! I got my car title within a week from the d m v and this has probably been the easiest car buying experience I've had!

I recently purchased my second vehicle form Elya Motors . My first experience was great, good customer service and no hassle with the Deal , The Owner worked with my needs so there wasn’t a second thought about where to purchase my new car. I would most definitely recommend Elya Motors to anyone looking for a new car for themselves or their family. I am sure myself and my family will be back!

They sell you pure junk car... here my experience... went well with the person but when I bought it after 4 days the car started to smoke... I spoke to see if I could get that junk back and they told me no... ...they don't grab that car from behind... hope that they grab it themselves... be careful, be very careful, talk to you well and then take it.
