We came at 9:33 and it was closed just misleading as it says it closes at 10pm. Sucks we really just wanted to get a new food dish for our dog real quick.

I wouldn't even give 1 star for this store. The staff here is very rude and lazy to work. The store hours say it closes at 10 pm but the staffs say it is closed at 9:30 pm itself. No customers were there for billing at that time. According to the staff the store was closed so I guess the customers were sent away before 9:30. I have gone twice to this store and both times they said the store was closed (earlier than 10 pm). They wouldn't even let me see anything. They were very rude and shouting at us to leave the store. When I asked them that the store closes at 10 pm right so why are they asking me to leave. They said closing time 10 pm is for them. Whenever we go they are rude and say they are closed. That kind of behavior will not get them customers. No wonder it was always empty whenever we went to that store. They don't feel like working so they close the store whatever time they want. The other branches in Great Mall and Union City announce that store is closed at the closing time and ask the customers to go for billing. Why the rules are different in this branch alone? It looks like the people who work there make those rules. There is no specific time for returns but this store person says it's before 8 pm. The Union City store took the return after 10 pm (closing time is 11:30 pm). There is no option for 0 stars otherwise I would've given 0 stars for this store. Please go to the Great Mall store or Union City store. The staff there is polite and respectful.

Don't see Union City location. Went there today Infant wear dept. Most of the 2 & 3 piece outfits have the pants left or top. Customers are removing what they want as a set. This is wasting shoppers time. Security pin tags should make this UNremovable. Ross stores have already done this...Not all styles in every size

I recently had an unpleasant experience at the store during my previous visit. Everything else about the store was fine, but the customer service left much to be desired. When my husband and I were shopping in different sections of the store, and we realized there were only 20 minutes left before closing time. We encountered an employee, who I suspect might be the manager, and she was extremely rude. Instead of politely guiding us, she insisted that we immediately join the billing line, even though there were only a few customers ahead of us, and there was no significant crowd around the counter.We started to make our way to the billing counter she came to us again and rudely told us to be at the counter.As we tried to explain that we were on our way, she continued to berate us as if we were unruly children. It was a frustrating experience, and if our errand hadn't been urgent, I would have left my cart right there and walked out. It's common knowledge when the store is scheduled to close, and there are usually announcements beforehand. I hope that by sharing this feedback, the management can address these customer service issues and ensure that other shoppers don't face the same discourteous treatment. Customer service can significantly impact the reputation of a store, and I believe addressing this matter will help retain loyal customers and attract new ones.

Nice clothing but staff are no where to be found and they treat you like your about to steal. Waited for someone to let me in the fitting room but no one showed up. Won't be returning to this location.

I'm unpleasantly surprised to see how this location has become an unkept disarray of a mess. Burlington used to be known as a great destination to find what you're looking for. Missing price tags, ripped labels, misplaced items give this location the resemblance of a severely mismanaged Dollar General.The one and only person I found working, at the register, was very friendly and efficient.

This store should be monitored for racial profiling against their customers. Today I went to purchase a knitted shopping bag. The cashier explained she could not sell this shopping bag alone without a clothing item to purchase with it! I had a bag of ginger chews and the bag. Said, I want to speak with a manager. The manager reiterated the same crap. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY COULD NOT SELL ME THE SHOPPING BAG, AS I OR PEOPLE USE THESE BAG TO STEAL!! This was told both by the cashier and her manager - that it was store policy. I was then asked that if I purchased shopping bag, I had to leave store. WTF! Stores like Kohls. Bed Bath Beyond, Macys, Nordstrom, food chains can not survive CV, low foot traffic, theft, online shoppers, and less disposable income. This is NO way to treat customers by racial profiling and/or assuming they want to steal cheap stuff at Burlington who, by the way has rebranded and hanging on financially by a string.It's not my problem that management has implemented policies that will eventually shoot them in the foot and close their doors.I want an apology from management and will be bringing this to corporate for review.Do not shop here!

Bad experience in Burlington store. We have purchased a few items from this store, and while shopping, they reassured us that you can return even if you lose the receipt since they have added my phone number. While returning 1 of the items, even though I had a receipt, they denied return, saying some Burlington tag is missing. The clothing tag was still intact. I said that I had the receipt and should be enough, but they didn't accept the return. This was the last time I shopped in Burlington.

Today I went to return stuff and the Manager whose name is LINDA was so rude and treated me so bad. She put the receipt right in front of my face and made me really scared cuz it looked like she was about to attack me. This Burlington should hire a new manager who treats and talks nicely to customers speaks like an educated person. If I can give negative stars on this review I would. Too bad for this Burlington because you will lose many potential customers with this lady working here.
