Please don't get me wrong, I am always supportive of small businesses. However, I also believe that first impressions are everything. I contacted Fazila a few weeks ago in regard to getting my hood repainted. She answered all my questions, and The quote that she gave me wasn't too bad compared to others that I have contacted, so I decided to set an appointment with BJP and we arranged to get it done on the Feb 24th at 9a. Fast forward to the 24th, and I arrived a tad bit before 9a, but no one was there. I even messaged her through Yelp to let her know that I arrived. While waiting, I noticed that the business hours on the window, yelp, and website were all different; one said they opened at 8a, another said 10a, and another 11a, and then she gave me a time of 9a. Not entirely sure why they are not all consistent, but it was skeptical. After waiting for a few minutes, I decided to give the number on the window a call to see if perhaps someone will pick up. The first time, it went to voicemail, but I didn't leave a message. After waiting for 10 minutes outside the shop I called again, but this time I did leave a voicemail as proof that I did call and was there waiting. After 2 minutes of leaving a message, Fazila called me back and apologized that she was running late, and that I could just leave my car there and place the keys in the mail slot. I told her that I would much rather prefer that she was here in-person; I had assumed that paperwork/documentation would have to be done prior to getting any thing done on the car, as well as a walk-through. I didn't tell her this part, but I just thought that that was what a business would have done and not just have a customer leave their car there, unless it was a car rental company. Anyway, this first impression didn't leave a good impression on me; having a customer wait when the owner said 9a as an appointment time and then telling a customer that they can leave their car there to get the work done without any type of paperwork to give the customer doesn't seem professional to me. Unfortunately, I will have to take my business somewhere else.

I had a recent accident which resulted in some body work needed for my Toyota Rav4. Fazila and Arash did a great job. They are friendly, communicative, fairly priced as well. Fazila worked with my insurance end-end and the job was well done. Strongly recommend them to anyone looking for body shops needs.

Such a great experience with BJP Auto Body! I came in to get a quote for repaint and Fazila and Arash not only worked with my budget, but offered above and beyond what other shops were going to provide in the same price point. This was an intense job that other shops were afraid to tackle but they were confident that they could do it and wow, they really did an awesome job! The quality of work is amazing. So glad I found you guys. It was a pleasure to work with you both - thank you again!

Went in for a few things, car mirror replacement, smog check, and detailing. Told me they don't offer check and detailing but she recommended me 2 great place to get em done. The car mirror was prob the cheapest quote I got compared to 4 other places near me, and was very responsive. Fazila was very accommodating and made sure I get everything I needed done, if they can't do it they will recommend someone else and often have cheaper quote than just walk in. All around great service, would come back if I need stuff done again.

Most importantly, she did this in an extremely efficient way. The car was tested and repaired in just 2 days. This is unbelievable in the Christmas holiday season!Service: Body & Trim
