If I could give them a zero star I would. They don't pick up the phone. It can ring 10 times until they hang up or 110 times, just depends on how tired they are of listening to the phone ring. I have a lost package I'm trying to find out about. Good luck to anyone trying to reach them via phone.
There was a line of about 4 but it was about 4 pm and it is a small town PO. Wait wasn't more than 10 minutes. Parking has always been a bear. Employees were friendly and kind. Surprised the front door hasn't been more upgraded. Looks like the same door as 30 years ago. Grew up here, left for 30+, have returned.
Start off by saying Alison Gray does a wonderful job. Probably puts up with lot chaos. But the post office itself is ran POORLY. AND Has for Many years. There are not enough clerks running the front!! Line long and LONG WAITS. Changes need to happen. Not worth even a rating!!
