“I purchased a Makita electric wheelbarrow on sale below Amazon price at the Tool Shed. The tool shed had already assembled it which saved me time. The salesperson, Robin, was very knowledgeable, gave me a demonstration of the features and even helped me load it in my truck. I was very satisfied with the purchase. While I was there, I noticed that they carry Festool tools...another reason to return. It was a short drive from Auburn to their store in Grass Valley.”

“I was genuinely surprised to see ANY negative reviews about customer service because I have always had an incredible experience shopping at B&C. Whether the lumber guy takes the wood to your car for you, or a team member helps with an odd problem (I recently had a guy literally come to my car to see what part I needed for himself,) I have always experienced the staff go above and beyond. I've even had clerks tell me to go pick another product when the one I was buying wasn't as good as another alternative or the one I was buying was too expensive. I'm currently working on a paint project and Jen in paint literally went through my pinterest board with me and taped together samples for a larger piece to look at in my home. She was incredibly lovely and helpful and her paint opinions and experience are phenomenal. She got my vision and helped me make an informed decision. Every time I shop at B&C, it gives me that small town feeling that you just don't get at big stores like home depot. Grateful to have B&C as a staple in our community.”
