It's ironic that they do almost no business in Needles seeing how their office is here, but I don't like calling businesses who don't have an office here (a certain air and heating company who moved to Arizona shall not be named), so I'll always call them for glass work. I want my tax dollars to stay in town.

Needles Glass came to my house in Bullhead City, removed my 23 month old shower door, took it back to their office to re-glue frame around glass, brought it back to my house and reinstalled it, at no cost. Mike, the manager, was very professional & courteous and the two crew men are great examples of wonderful customer service! If you need any glass or mirrors, call Needles Glass & Mirror Co. Great service and products.

They fixed a broken mirror with nice thick mirror. 20 bucks for a small 16"oval mirror. Good work, fast too. Mike the owner is very nice. Good to support small businesses!

First off he lied to my landlord and said they had already spoken to me personally on the phone and Mike never called me, secondly he was rude both times he came to my house. When repairing a window he said he didn't need to come in, well he also didn't inform me that he had pushed a ton of broken glass into my house, my child nearly cut themselves. Horrible customer service.

I called them to put a walk in shower door. They came on a Monday , called the next day with price said it would takes 2 weeks for product. Wrong it didn't take 2 weeks here in less than that. The guys were polite & fast the shower looks AWESOME...Thanks so much...Yolanda C.

My step kids were playing out side on the sidewalk when one of the guys who has a bald head put a bench in the middle of the sidewalk near no glass and asked the kids 5 years old and 8 years old do you have insurance when there was no glass but 7 feet from the sidewalk. Then came at the parents more disrepectful when comfronted and also tried to fight a local renter of the property. Then when confronted about his additued bald guy makes a comment as he sets his tools down says I quote "You havent seen Aggressive yet" as he walk toward the parents.
