My recruiting experience at National City was more than satisfactory for enlisting in the navy. I had been to other recruiting offices as well as for other branches and found this office was perfect as each of the recruiters was helpful and eager to talk. Most of the recruiters are bilingual and from different backgrounds giving you a perspective of the diversity and experiences of their time in the navy. I can confidently say my recruiter was always there to talk to me, helped me in physical exercise and memory work, and assure that I am ready for my enlistment process. If you are interested in joining the navy or curious of any aspect of navy life I highly suggest this office.

My experience here has been great. Everyone is very helpful and informative. The recruiters answered every question I had and really helped me understand what I was getting into. Overall, I recommend coming here if you are interested in joining the military.

I used to work in LA with multiple recruiting stations. Moving to San Diego, I heard a lot of good things about National City. This office is a historical recruiting office! I’ve seen retired Chiefs, Senior Chiefs, Master Chiefs and even retired officers come back to the office just to visit because they joined previously from this office!
