Came here to get Deluxe service for my car around 11:52AM. This never happened before my multiple visits until today. My black bear chopper piece is missing... Now, I have to order a new one... Be sure to double check your things before leaving this place.

Left the car wash with scratches that were not there before we went in. The owner was quite rude about the situation at first. He later apologized but the damage was done.

Well, today I took my car here to this place that I love because they always leave my car. Shining spectacular and super clean, today Mario was very. friendly and left my car amazing (like new) inside and out i love it because is shining like a diamond ??I recommend this place I have been coming for two years since I arrived in San Diego and they have never disappointed me plus am military they do a discounts for us ... thank you till ill bring my car again ✌️

They do good work overall and are very friendly. I did end up waiting a bit until after it was done while there because they didn't realize it was my car that was done but that happens. I do wish they'd remove magnets when washing to clean under them but I've had other places not do that as well so I'm taking it as industry standard, still, would be nice.

Wax detailing was great. Prices are higher than a year ago. Make sure if you want the inside detailed as well let them know at the beginning. I made that mistake. Ask questions before you accept the receipt to pay.

I am never disappointed when I come here for a wash!
I am somewhat of a regular so it is great so see familiar faces when I come! If there is any issue with your clean they will fix it just ask!

Worst carwash ever, payed 75 dlrs to get it extremely detailed, and my car is drivable because I have an extra remote inside so regardless it turns on, we'll a lady started to ask for her car witch it looks like they misplaced, so then I asked for my car and both cars were parked at the autozone next door, but instead of asking they just left it there could of been hereafter hour if I wouldn't asked what happened to the car, my first and last time here

My go to place for over 20 years, the super deluxe wash is absolutely the best in town. They go over and beyond with customer service.

I like this place bc I live really close by but they need to step it up.
I was there a couple of days ago and there were water spots, crumbs, and some areas were still filthy. They also don't put things back, like my rearview camera.
