they have no hardware at all just cotter pins totally useless people , usual answer to all customers is go somewhere else how do they afford to have 30 people standing around doing nothing

Went in today to get my battery charged. Told me it would be an hour or 2 so I waited an hour just for them to tell me I needed a new battery. They could have tested it in my car instead of me removing it and wasting an hour of my time. They even proceeded to call me bad names in Spanish assuming I don't know how to speak it. Worst place to go get anything.

Napa saved the day in a major way. My car broke down and I found the part I desperately needed on their website and they delivered the same day. The price was a third of the price of everywhere else. Amazon stated they couldn't mail that type of part in the mail. The driver brought me my parts a few hours later that day 45 mins later the Christmas tree light dash had completely cleared from my dash on the first start. The car never ran better. Thank you. Some parts or prices vary but the ignition module that was a Napa made part was excellent and cheap.

Items for pick up on the Napa app said items will be ready for pick up in 30 minutes. I got to the store in like 1.5 - 2 hours later and the guy with no badge said my order hasn't been pulled yet. Then he said he had to order some of the stuff because they weren't there. Then he looked at the computer and realized one of my parts was there and got the part. At this point I had 2 out of 3 parts. He said they were missing a box of the last part I needed. Then all of a sudden Antonio who was wearing his badge, brought the mysterious missing box of the last part I needed! Antonio was fantastic! The other guy needs help! At least I went home with all I needed. If not, 1 star.

Too many workers, and only one worker attending customers. At least the other workers there should acknowledge the customers' presence with a greeting. Put back merchandise and left without any of the other three workers helping me.

Lack of inventory and knowledge from employees. Tried calling in before driving there to verify stock. I was placed on hold as if the place was really busy. I pull up 5 minutes later, and the place has 1 person shopping and 2 employees at the front desk. While my call sat on hold.
