I like what they had to offer. There was a good selection of items to look at, to sit, test, and imagine in your place. The place gave me an opportunity to envision how I wanted to position things in my room. Not as much as IKEA but that's okay. The value was a bit out of my price however. I thought it would be competitive but I've seen some things online or at other shops that are a bit more competitive. We came in on a Sunday and was working with one guy who spoke Spanish. He was super nice and helpful. Then there was another gentleman there of Asian decent, who we noticed kept giving us the side eye as he was working with other customers and closing a deal. We weren't fans of him and sorta felt uncomfortable. Nevertheless, we had a good time here. Came away with some additional thoughts. And even though we didn't buy anything, we liked our time here. Perhaps in the future, we will stop by here and give it another chance.

The customer service we received from Quoc was beyond exceptional! He made the process extremely easy and found a couch right away that we loved. It didn't fit up the stairs but Quoc quickly resolved our issue and found another suitable couch for our needs. The service is the best I've experienced especially during a stressful time of moving. The process was painless and Quoc made us feel like he genuinely cares. Thank you Quoc for your excellent people skills and service. We will be coming back for our future needs!

I just figured out they are ripping people off. I went in looking for some cheap bunk beds. I was quoted $499 for the Robbinsdale Twin Over Twin Bunk Bed Without Underbed Storage and $70 delivery. I googled the bed and on living spaces they go for $450 with the underbed storage. I decided to go to Mor furniture and found good quality wood bunk beds for below $400 and only $50 delivery and set. I'm disappointed and in the past I purchased a beautiful modern glass dining set with black leather seats and paid about $900 + $100 for delivery. I am now wondering how much this dinning set really is. I tried to support small business but never again.

They have great customer service. I have been purchasing my furnitures there for the last few years and they always deliver them on time in reasonable rates. Quoc is very helpful in finding us the best quality with great prices. We will shop here again.

Service this poor should be legal. I purchased a couch and coffee table TV stand set from 25Home over 3 months ago. It took two and a half months to receive my couch which I was not totally pleased with. The pictures depict a big fluffy cozy couch, when in reality the quality of fabric is subpar and the seating is too low to the ground. Definitely not what I was expecting. But that was the least of my worries with this company, my coffee table set which was ordered on the same day as the couch came a month in a half later but only a portion of it was sent. I received the table with no TV stand. They have no customer service number to contact just a number to text, and they are very non responsive with that. I've begged to get a call from a live person and they will not respond to my request. No one knows where my order is nor are they willing to talk to me about my missing item. I paid 950 for a coffee table and I am furious. They will steal your money and deliver low quality products to you. Save your money and time and go to another place! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!

Never shopping here again I bought a mattress I didn’t like and had a week with it and I spend 400 hundred dollars and was unhappy with the purchase also had my receipt and he said it was not possible. Iam very upset I should just bought at Jerome’s better quality furniture and never give you a hard time when returning or exchanging mattress he tried to say they don’t exchange mattress anywhere my mom has exchange them in good quality stores. Spend your money so where else.

We always go here for our furniture. Our home has nothing but products from here. They're patient , flexible, nice, affordable, and will assist you as best as they can. They also offered monthly payments which was highly appreciated. Love this place.

The best furniture shop in San Diego!!! I have been to West Elm, Pottery Barn and Living Spaces, however this shop has the best price and a great selection of anything you will need for your home. I bought my couch, coffee table and bed frame here and I couldn't be happier with the quality, price and service that I received. The owner, Quincy was so kind, very helpful and not pushy at all. Highly recommend this shop.
