First off the lady helping us at the counter was unfriendly when we asked her about getting our ceramics fired. They never once called or texted like they said they would when our firing was done we had to call multiple times because they never answer. Once I got my ceramics back a piece of mine was ruined. I went home to find out a couple of my pieces were missing so I called back to see if Freeform had them and they claimed they never had them. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had. Extremely disappointed.

The only place local to get your clay. They aren't really into the smiling service, or friendly offerings, or even a social atmosphere, but they're knowledgeable and reasonable. Out front is their clearance and final sale items. I would come back, especially for the lovely glazes.

Ever since my first visit there as a baby potter Tiffany and the rest of the staff have been amazingly helpful. They always have what I need and so much more. Super knowledgeable and really cool! Customer for life. ????

Love this place! Alway will to help when you have questions or problems. Richard is amazing! He came out a repaired my kiln, replaced the elements and answered all my questions. Couldn't be happier. Also, found that the in store staff is very knowledgeable on all products. I get all my glazes and clay right here in town.

Staff were super nice and helpful! Lots of things in stock, very reasonably priced. A HUGE selection of glazes! They have a ton of clay in stock as well. Will definitely come back next time I'm in town.

Very kind helpful staff. The lady always takes the time to answer my questions and make recommendations. I've purchased, clay, glaze tools and even a wheel from them and am grateful to have found this wonderful place!
