The bank was open and the lady at the desk refused to help me to add my husband to my account. She said to come back tomorrow. She didn’t have anyone else waiting for her, just told me to come back tomorrow or make an appointment. I’m new to this bank, first time coming to this location, horrible service. Huge line for the window tellers too.

Useless employees; no one can help on the branch because everything needs to get done through phone and through phone Indian employees with broken english cannot understand your needs and are useless as well. About to move my business to a different bank

Every time I come into this branch I'm greeted with great customer service. Today I received some thing in the mail that set apart Lourdes, and this branch from every other bank I've ever think that, or entered. A little backstory, I don't ever take my kids into the bank I always make sure I have accommodations for them but last month I did not have a choice and had to take and three toddlers with me. The line was long but each teller was doing their part and keeping the flow consistent. When I got to the teller, Lourdes saw how I was struggling a bit and gave each one of my babies a sticker which helped keep them calm so that we could finish my transaction. Today I checked my mail and received this thank you card along with additional stickers. When I tell you I am speechless, I am speechless! This is customer service that goes above and beyond is there a standard and I am so grateful that she thought about us! God bless you Lourdes!!!

Glad to read most of the views conform with my own opinion of this bank. We were switched no choice by our previous bank to Chase, it is two blocks away from where we live so convenient, and we use the drive through all the time. That's the good part. The bad parts are they closed most of the windows, only two or three open most of the time, long line, look over to your right, all the "offices" are empty, one or two open on the right, why have all that office space if you don't need it, makes the place look dead, the machines in the lobby are hardly used. The management people are borderline rude and pushy, cashiers same. I just don't get a good vibe from this bank. We stay with it because the checking is free, although they changed and we don't get free checks anymore even though we were told "for life."

The staff provides a terrible service, one of Hay's employees raised her voice at my husband, apparently it was not his day. Last Monday he only gave him the appointment but at no time did he explain to him what documents he would have to bring and it turns out that he yelled at him to say that he was missing documents.

If I could give 0 I would specifically for the bank teller Vanessa. She was incredibly unfriendly and unnecessarily challenging just to deposit a check. The simplest request turned into a burdensome nightmare. She gave us so much trouble we just went to a different Chase location and were helped seamlessly and were in and out in 5 minutes. Intrinsically bad attitudes should not be the faces of customer service.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Vanessa the teller is one of the rudest service workers I've encountered. I have been in the customer service business myself so I am well aware of how someone should be spoken to. Her tone is condescending and rude. I am not angry at the bank policies that did not allow my transaction to happen I am upset at her lack of patience and kindness when I am trying to ask questions about why since I obviously don't work at a bank. The security guard provides better customer service than the actual bank employees. I tend to avoid this location.

If your going to have people wait longer that an 90 minutes you need to have a restroom available. Thanks chase bank for having me pee behind a dumpster.It was a fantastic experience.

Unsafe location!!!! ALMOST ROBBED !! I went to deposit cash from the chase ATM and I when I looked to my left there was a white truck with two Mexican men , around 25 years old, staring at me and parking at an unusual spot. They were parked next to the front doors of the bank which was odd because the bank was closed besides the ATMs. I was the only one using an ATM and they wouldn't stop staring at me so I immediately went inside my car. The exact minute I drove off, I saw them driving off as well. It was very obvious their intentions were to rob me or another chase customer.

My wallet was stolen and I had to replace my cards and change account numbers. At first I was upset because the lady at the front told me they do not accept walk ins. After calling in to corporate , I was told yes they do in fact accept walk ins. I went back and I met Cici, who was a wonderful caring banker. She was extremely polite and was able to expedite my need to the manager immediately. Julie, the Branch Manager went above and beyond to help me expedite what needed to be done to secure my accounts from fraud. She also helped set up new accounts and was able to advise me on some financial items for my 8 year old.I was disappointed at first, but they made it right and I was very happy about that. Thanks Julie and Cici for helping me!

There is no money in the atms. They gave everyone a paper saying to call a number, they subtract what you requested to withdraw from your account, and you don’t even get the cash. They gave people ripped dollar bills from the atm too.
