My experience with Young's Automotive was fantastic. They are some of the nicest people you'll meet. My wife and I had some car trouble while traveling and they got us back on the road as soon as they could. They saved our honeymoon and we are eternally grateful. You can't go wrong with choosing them.

Thank you, Angie!I was visiting my mom in Napa and my "check engine" light came on and the car sputtered and was running terrible. Even though they were way too busy to fit me in, they did anyway. I dropped off the car late in the afternoon and I was on my way home by 3:30 the next day. Thru did a great job. The total cost was way less than I expected to pay for the amount of work they did. I'll be making the 2 hour drive to them the next time my car is in need of service.

Brought my vehicle in and was told one thing, based on that decided that I would take my cr somewhere else. Then when my insurance called they said something completely different and acted like I was lying.After going I had multiple people that I know tell me that they were not a trustworthy place and that is good I didn't have them do the repairs.

If I could give It 0 stars I would. This place is a junk. Don't take your cars or trucks here it's a scam. Said they did a full inspection under 30 minutes and supposedly came out with a million problems but just guessed on everything very unprofessional. Plus the staff wasn't very helpful and lady in the front was very rude and didn't know what she was talking about. Shop is a junk

I've been having my car serviced here for the last 6 years. I am soooo grateful to have found Angie and her stellar team. Customer service = A++++++! And, the quality of service for my car, price point and everything... you simply won't find another shop like this one. Best auto shop in Napa. You can trust that your vehicle will be serviced honestly. They are up front, transparent and no fuss... but at the same time, the most genuine and authentic folks you will find! I am writing this in response to a review from Austin s writing a bad review of youngs automotive .he is a liar he did not bring this vehicle in to the shop, my buddy brian did. The fix was not sea foam again a lie brandnew spider injectors were put in to try and stop a misfire for smog to which it did. Bryon was told it is an old motor probably very close to going kapoot. Anyway this austin guy is a liar and not to mention angey the owner of this shop would do anything to make it right if it was her actual customer. . I just wanted to make sure if you read his comment dont let it sway you from getting your vehicle done right. Because they are the best in town. Mr austin i bet you dont know what the office looks like because you have never been there.

If less than one star was an option I'd select it! Don't bring your car here unless you like being ripped off by shady mechanics. Truck was taken in for random misfire. They gave some BS about it being spider injectors charged $1000 to run some seafoam through it and it didn't fix issue. Called two weeks later with receipt in hand and they pretty much told me tough luck. Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. Absolutely piss poor service

Called Young Automotive today to see if they could get me in for some work and they said yep bring it in! As soon as I got in I was greeted by Angie the owner and chit chatted while my car was worked on. They didn't have the oil that my car needed so I'm using a 2021 RAV4 but they very quickly ran to Oreilleys and got what they needed before I even noticed! If you've worked with Young's Automotive in the past I highly recommend you give them another shot! The old manager is out and the owner is providing some really great and quality service!
