I just had my first experience with this business, and was blown away with their generosity and attention to detail. My daughter had passed away two years ago, and her husband and his brother did a poor job of keeping the car clean before they then passed away. With another daughter, due to inherit the car, I needed to make sure it passed brake and light and smog, I needed to get it cleaned up.New Life went above and beyond, and I am so grateful to them. All future business will come here.

I took in my 5 year old "red" car. The customer service was over the top. They actually got excited to help me choose the best process for my car as if it was their own. The results were no kidding better than new. And the prices are so reasonable. I definitely recommend this car salon to everyone who cares about their car.

There is no other place I trust. They're so genuinely friendly and welcoming to everyone. The amazingly sweet woman that works in the office there, charissa is the nicest person anyone could ever meet. I've never received such great service from anyone else in Napa. Hospitality is always a plus. I love the home vibe I get when stepping into their office, with a sofa, TV, magazines, and sometimes even their pet dog is there! Also just as sweet as the owners. ❤ ? ?

The great people at B&G Tire recommended this business to me to install a brake controller unit on my truck. Charissa Welch the owner has been in business in Napa for a number of years and is an important business owner to our community. On this day the quality of the detail on my car was pretty poor. These days we all face challenges of labor shortages, supply chain issues and rising costs and for those reasons and more we need to protect our brands and reputations by respectfully working with our employees and Inspecting What We Expect. We have to set the bar so employees know that it is the quality of our work that brings customers in and keeps them returning. On this day I had the following issues. 1) Armor all type product over used on the motor and then streaks of it were running down the right front fender. 2) The underside of the engine hood was coated with the same armor all type product, spotting the hood. 3) The very bottom of the cars side panels were not washed let alone waxed, completely missed. 4) The trunk panels were not wiped down. 5) Water spots remained on the car and the explanation was that it would cost more to remove them. Then call me and ask what I would like to do and upsell me.

This is my favorite shop in Napa not only do they do amazing detailing but they also do all kinds of car maintenance! Including repairs, oil changes, window tinting if you have a classic car or a more modern vehicle, for all cars, I highly recommend them!

Nice and friendly staff. Owner is very knowledgeable and informative. The only reason, I am rating them at 4 stars instead of 5, is because nobody wears masks. Made me a bit uncomfortable.
