called for a tow and got no answer, left a message saying I was on the side of the road and would wait for a return call. 'NRVER' even received a call back all day... good for them that they don't need the business or try to help in any way

I want to thank Napa Valley Towing. Today my elderly client called me and he locked his keys in his car. He tried calling triple AAA and everything is automated now through a cellphone and it can be overwhelming.
Within in seconds Napa Valley Towing answered my call and dispatched a driver out to assist my client with the lock out. The driver was kind, courteous and professional.
I have had several positive experiences with Napa Valley Towing and I strongly recommend them!
Thank you again for taking care of our community members one tow at a time!

I inadvertently locked my keys in my vehicle at a gas station. I called triple A and someone from ? told me it would be an hour. Soon I received a text showing my driver was in North Napa and 10 minutes away. So much for the internet. My truck arrived on schedule and promptly resolved my issue.
I told Sal, the driver, that a friend tried the same on the driver's door and it leaks when I go thru the Carwash. Sal then told me and showed me how to resolve my warped driver's door. Sal and Napa Valley Towing walk on water!

THIS PLACE DESERVES MORE THAN FIVE STARS....I WOULD GIVE THEM A 100 IF I COULD...I HAD A CHANCE TO MEET DAN AND GET HELP FROM HIM AND TANYA AND THEY ARE THE MOST HELPFUL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET...THEY REALLY WENT OUT OF THEIR WAYS TO HELP ME AND MY HUSBAND WHO WERE STRANDED AND I JUST KNOW GOD SENT THEM TO US...I APPRECIATE THEM FOR EVERYTHING AND I HOPE THEIR BUSINESS CONTINUES TO PROSPER AND GROW....THEY DESERVE IT....BEST TOW TRUCK COMPANY AROUND HANDS DOWN.....CALL THESE PEOPLE IF YOU NEED HELP!!! this place deserves more than five stars....i would give them a 100 if i could...i had a chance to meet dan and get help from him and tanya and they are the most helpful people i have ever met...they really went out of their ways to help me and my husband who were stranded and i just know god sent them to us...i appreciate them for everything and i hope their business continues to prosper and grow....they deserve it....best tow truck company around hands down.....call these people if you need help!!! dan is a man of his word and tanya has the best heart...thank you guys....you made a new friend and god bless once again

called to get some information, person wouldn't tell me there first name. SHADY. just wanted to know who i spoke with so i could properly address him and for future reference. In America we start a conversation off by introducing yourself. They are either too busy and arrogant, or are up to shady tows...ive seen it all.BAD MANNERS. I non-opped a vehicle due to catalytic converter needing to be replaced. Followed DMV instructions. When they came to tow the vehicle they said they couldnt because it was non-opped. Like what does that have to do with anything. i had a brand new Catalytic Converter in vehicle and was towing to a known muffler shop to have it installed so I COULD register it.The guy towing was really nice. But this guy answering the phone sounded angry, like he had just been through a nasty divorce and hated the world. Im older and believe in knowing who you are talking to to. So whatever take this feed back for whatever it may be....im not sure why a vehicle needs to be registered to tow, many people work on cars and are in the PROCESS of getting registered. The font, fine print etc, should be more easier to read, understand and decode, decipher and decrypt. The new corporate method, long EULA, heavy agrreemnets with confusing words, then these people following this method are in danger of losing their job to AI.....stay strong AMERICA....use manners and politeness to hold on to your jobs as long as possible before robots take over.Simple phone turned into a horrible one over this guy not wanting to share his name. pathetic

The rudest man I've ever met! We were told it would be an hour so we got there half an hour early and I guess he had already been there for 20 minutes even though it was super early from what we were told. He was extremely rude and didn't even check our ID that it was our car and unlocked it without ever speaking to us then left the door open and without saying a word or telling us he was done he just left! I've never met someone more rude and its a good thing it was actually our car and not someone saying it was and him just unlocking it!

My car was kaput in Napa on Saturday during that heat wave. Called Napa Tow and they were there within hour. I needed a tow to Petaluma and was told that another truck would be out in about an hour. Luckily for me the first driver (Robert) who was evaluating the situation told us he would take us. He was amazing. Took good care of the car and made the whole ordeal so much better.
