Jay and his son are true professionals and take pride in what they do. I brought in my Land Rover (not the easiest beast to work on) which needed front and back brakes. Not only did they do a great job in record time, but they had a loaner car so I wasn't stuck at the garage. I trust them now with my truck and will be back.

Oh my goodness!!!! Mohammed came all the way over an hour to bring my tire rim that I forgot at his shop, to me!!! He is an angel. I will always refer them to my Napa friends and beyond.

I am new to the area and it was great to find someplace that is trustworthy. I purchased four new tires and thought I needed an alignment. They informed me that the alignment was not needed. Many other shops could’ve easily done the alignment when it wasn’t necessary. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

These guys are family owned, friendly and will just give it to you straight in terms of your options. They fixed my axle within 5 hours and also suggest what else needs work for PM.

I had a bad situation turned around to the "positive" thanks to NAPA TIRE. We had spent a few days in Napa (Silverado) and got up to return home. As we headed out, the tire pressure gauge came on indicating low pressure in the back passenger side tire. This was not OK with over an hour of freeway driving ahead of us. We also had a commitment back home in 3 hours. After Googling tire shops, we found Napa Tire less than 3 miles away.These gentlemen were fantastic. After we explained our situation, they juggled their work around and started on our car immediately. Within 30 minutes they patched our tire and had us on our way. The cost was less than half of what I was expecting.Jeff Perry took great care of us and we appreciated it. Thank you sir!
